Monique M.Daniel does not have professional bath installers . They are handymen and he does not care about providing a quality shower installation. We are currently working with a plumbing company to have the shower removed and replacing it. Per the plumber we are working with, the shower pan and shower door was not installed correctly. The shower pan failed and caused water damage to our floors and garage ceiling. Daniel does not address any complaints and has an F rating with BBB. Do not let this man ruin your home.
Dorothy M.I made a contact for service with this company in May 2022 to install a walk in shower. I was given a due date of August 8, that was not met, given another date for September, that was not met. I asked for my deposit back! I finally got service in October walk in shower and vanity. The faucet on the vanity stopped working, I've called Five Star 3 times, not one returned call, not only are they not reliable, they don't stand behind their work. My advice don't do business with this company!
