Way overpriced with their estimate. We were quoted $16k to redo our shower, needless to say we didn't accept this. We instead went with a private contractor that said $5k and are extremely happy with the end result. Point of the story is don't go with the bigger companies that will try to gouge your pockets.

I have a very tight schedule these days as I just began working a new location for my job and just purchased a home. This is the home I was calling Five Star for -- To remodel my restroom. I had scheduled an appointment online which they ended up cancelling and not telling me so I was under the impression I had an appointment with them when they had actually cancelled said appointment and did not inform me whatsoever. I was calling to confirm my appointment a couple hours before it was supposed to take place which is how I ended up finding out that I was not on their schedule... I would have been sitting there waiting for probably an hour had I not called. Very poor customer service in the person who "" Scheduled "" me.

Like Allyson, I put off the first meeting but when Elaina came I couldn't help but write this on her professionalism and knowledge of her product.
We live in an apartment and have to get managements approval.
The options she showed us were extensive and she walked us the pros and cons of each.
If and when I get managements approval I will be back and after the job is completed write another review.

Five Star Bath Solutions were wonderful to work with. They worked WITH me. I never felt pushed or pressured. I felt listened to. My project was to rehab the tub/shower. I had made a few changes to my original plan, and they just rolled with it. The professionals were kind and efficient. Very respectful. Open communicators. Cleaned up EVERYTHING.

It turned out so awesome. I stand and just look at it, like I'm starstruck. I am very grateful to the Five Star Bath Solutions Team. I will call them when it's time to renovate the 2nd bathroom.

In short, WOW. I kicked off my bathroom remodel project months ago and dragged my feet meeting with multiple contractors and companies. All of them were nice, but couldn't do all of the updates I needed in my budget.

Enter Five Star Bath Solutions. I met with a salesperson and very quickly told him I didn't want to make a decision day-of, so please don't sell me. And he listened. In fact, he gave me tons of tips to make some of my less-critical updates still look amazing. He totally respected what I could do within my budget, and found so many ways to make my project spectacular. After my estimate, which was nearly half as expensive as the next closest bid, I was sold. I signed on that day.

Fast forward a few weeks and Ken, the owner, worked so close with me to get my schedule moved to what works best for me. I was wowed by their flexibility and how easy they were to work with.

Install day arrives, and due to some unforeseen issues we had to delay a day. Yet again, the team kicked it into high gear to make my install work. They adjusted everything - inspection, plumbers, contractor, the works - just to push back the project by a day. And then they finished my project in a single day. I'd ask how, but honestly I'm just thrilled!

We stayed in budget, we installed even sooner than planned, it looks STUNNING. And it's guaranteed. So it's everything I wanted, needed, and is set for life. I genuinely couldn't be happier and will be using them for every future bath project I have!
