Noel was fairly priced and definitely goes above and beyond. I rarely write reviews but he deserves one. He did a great job installing a toilet and fixing our shower drain. Clearly extremely knowledgeable. He also just gave great advice via phone even prior to us hiring him to do the job. He came during the covid crisis and was masked, gloved, etc. we will be going to him for everything from now on!

We have used Noel at Five Plumbing multiple times and he always does a great job. He is an excellent plumber and is very conscientious, reliable, and fair. Noel just replaced our sump pumps and and did a great job. He came out right away and we are very pleased with the work he did. Highly recommend.

I am so excited to finally have a plumber I trust in Chicago. I was having drainage issues in a bathroom: toilet flushed fine, but the other pipes in the bathroom were gurgling every time I flushed. And there was an awful sewer smell coming in. After researching on my own, it appeared there could be a major issue with the plumbing vents. I called a few places who were going to charge 300+ to come out and look at it. After calling Noel, he immediately asked: how often do you use the shower in there? I said never. He said the u pipe under the shower drain likely dried out which was why the water swishing sound was happening in the drain. He had me run the shower for 30 seconds. It was a miracle - that simple suggestion fixed it! No more smell, no more gurgling. He also took time over the phone to explain the plumbing setup to me (I like learning these things). I am happy i finally ""gotta guy"" for my future plumbing issues in Chicago as Noel was a good samaritan today and fixed a problem over the phone others were going to charge out the ass for. Thanks Noel! I'll be sending you as much other business as I can.

Noel came through for this first time homeowner! My water heater broke and began leaking at 10am on a Saturday and I texted Noel. He immediately responded even though he was in route to a job and continued to communicate with me all day to help. With a combination of my willpower to get a new unit myself that day, with his ability to squeeze me in on a Saturday afternoon, I had a new water heater up and running within 10 hours of it breaking. Additionally, he showed me how to use features on the new unit and explained what is most important in an emergency scenario. He also was nice enough to remind me to register the product in case something went wrong. Noel went above and beyond what I would have expected and helped me remain sane in an emergency situation. I will absolutely keep him on speed dial. There's a reason this conpany has 5 stars on yelp!

He was very communicative during the entire process of replacing a malfunctioning disposal in my tenants' unit, sending me texts and photos the entire time he was working.
