My renters called my on NYE to tell me that the toilet was leaking water from the floor every time they flushed the toilet. Noel was very responsive and was at the property within a few hours (even on a holiday) to fix the problem. He not only communicated with me but called my tenants to arrange a time for him to repair the issue. He called me immediately upon identifying the problem to let me know how much time and cost it would take to fix this issue. Once fixed, he stayed and flushed the toilet over and over (20 times or so) to make sure it was fixed. I couldnt have been more satisfied with my experience with Noel. If I ever need a plumber, he is the guy!

After we attempted and failed to fix a recalcitrant kitchen sink drain issue mere days after purchasing our first home, and with family in town and staying with us, we called a handful of plumbers to get it fixed the right way. Half of them didn't call back, the others either called back way later and tried to schedule for the next day or quote us a price without asking any questions abut the problem.

Noel answered the phone right away, asked a handful of questions to get a better idea of what could be wrong and what kind of building/plumbing set up he had to work with, as here in Chicago both access to the pipes/system and compliance with code can be varied depending on the age of the building and whether it was inspected. He came out in the early evening so I didn't have to scrap dinner with a bunch of family in town and walked us through the immediate issue, showed us how our system was likely set up in our newly purchased house, and even found another potential problem (that the previous owners had rather incompetently diy repaired themselves), but didn't at all try to force us to fix it right away, just telling us to keep an eye on it and what to watch out for. That said, we'll probably be fixing it soon just to be safe, and we'll definitely be hiring Noel to do the job.

He even managed to place my father-in-law's southern English accent within minutes of arriving and we had a lovely side conversation about soccer while he fixed our kitchen.

Great guy, and a true craftsman. I'll be recommending him to any of my friends in need of a plumber.

Noel is the best. He just left. Super nice guy. I only had a minor sink issue and he showed me how to fix it myself so I don't have to call next time. Pretty affordable and very clean. No complaints. Highly recommended.

I chose this plumber based on the reviews on Yelp and they were not wrong. Noel did a great job. He showed up on time and was very professional. We live in a very old row house (circa 1890) and the plumbing is old so mistakes can be costly. He installed a new shut off valve and replaced an outdoor faucet. He also fixed a problem with a hot water pipe in the bathroom. I will definitely call him next time I have a problem.

We've worked with Noel twice now and he's always promptly and professionally fixed our issues. He's great about explaining what needs done and will spend time with you walking through things. He's also a very nice guy! We plan to have him out again for another job soon.

I had a mystery wet spot on my carpet, right outside the master bathroom. At first, I blamed my cat even though it was very unlike him. I cleaned it up and went about my day. Several hours later it was still damp. Once it stayed damp for several days, we knew we had an issue. There is only concrete under the carpet, no pipes run there, and no water spots on the walls or ceilings. A complete mystery!

The first plumber that came out looked around for literally 3-5 minutes and suggested it was our toilet. It could be... but seemed like a guess. Next 2 plumbers did not return my call. (Sound familiar?) I was getting frustrated.

I then found Noel and gave him a call. I am so glad I did!! He came out that day and spent an hour with me pulling up the carpet, running tests with the shower, toilet & sink and allowed me to be involved during the entire process. (Which I love!) He gave great advice on how to move forward, charged a reasonable price for his time and even fixed an issue with our other toilet on his way out! He was very professional and super nice! Noel is my new go-to plumber.
