My water heater was not working, so I called my home warranty. 4 days later, still no hot water. I called Five cities plumbing and Chad showed up within a couple of hours. Chad gave a few options for the repair and due to his friendly demeanor, I inqiured about a tankless water heater since I have researched them for a bit but had no need of one in the past. He gave a reasonble price and installed the tankless heater the same day. Needless to say, I now have a go to company to call when I have any future plumbing issues.

I had a drainage problem with my corrugated drainage pipe that drains part of my roof and the low spot in front of my detached garage. I called Five Cities Plumbing and explained my problem to the girl that answered the phone. She set me up an appointment for the next day but when the guys showed up they didn't have the right equipment and had to go back to the shop to pick up the right one. They quoted me $275 an hour to jet out my drainage pipes due to sand intrusion in the pipes and said it would take about an hour. I gave them the ok to proceed and they were here about 45 minutes, the drain pipe seemed to drain ok and I paid them the $275 plus a $25 tip. We had a heavy rain last night and the drain filled up and flooded the garage, I contacted Five Cities Plumbing and explained the problem. I received a call from the owner and he said he would have to charge me an additional fee to come back out to clear the drain. I told him thanks but no thanks, I wasn't paying him any more money without a guarantee that the drain would be clear. I will never use Five Cities Plumbing again and highly recommend anyone needing a plumber not to use them.

If I could give negative stars I would. Five Cities Plumbing recently came out to repair an irrigation drip system and the employee took it upon himself to turn on a closed valve that was disconnected from the irrigation system years ago when i replaced my backyard grass with a patio. The water was running continually under my patio for over 2 months and my water bill went from $190 to $455! I had the city of AG verify that this mistake is what caused the increased water. bill. When I called Five Cities Plumbing I spoke to a very nice lady who said ""send over a copy of the water bill and the owner will look at it and should take care of the difference"". I have called and emailed for weeks now and they REFUSE TO RESPOND. I will be suing them in small claims court now unfortunately as they leave me NO choice since they won't even reply!

My Mom has a very old house with horrible plumbing. They came out the same day I called and cleared a blockage. I was at work but my Mom couldn't stop talking about how wonderful they were. It was done quick and I came from work anticipating a huge cleanup....and they did it all. I was so grateful.
Cost was much less than I expected. Grateful for that as well. Would highly recommend and will use them again without hesitation!

Rick and John were great! Not only were they super nice, but they worked well together and it was so nice to see that for a change! They gave the estimate, stayed within that time frame and were so courteous! It was really nice to not have grumpy technicians, which has unfortunately become the norm. Thanks Rick and John. I really appreciate your work ethics!

These guys were the BEST!!! My entire house was backed up, every sink, shower & toilet could not be used because tree roots had clogged the main line. I called Five Cities Plumbing & they sent 2 really nice guys out right away & had my problems resolved in under 30 mins after their arrival! Their prices were far lower than I expected for the service I received. I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone in need of a good honest plumber you can trust & afford!! :)

Maybe Five Cities Plumbing might be a good plumber for other plumbing projects, but not for tankless water heaters. The owner, Chad, came out to my house, charged me $100, called the tankless water company, and told me that the water exchanged needed to be removed and replaced. I was questioning the diagnosis because it seemed obvious that the exchange unit didn't look like it was the problem. He told me I wasn't a plumber so I wouldn't know what I am looking for, but it seemed obvious to me that he might wrong. So I called another plumber for a 2nd opinion and found out that the water exchange was not the problem but a pipe was leaking. Chad's quote was $900 for parts and labor, glad I went with someone else. The pipe and labor was only around $260. I think that he should have said he didn't know exactly what was wrong with the unit, apologized, and left without charging me. Oh well, lesson learned.
