Kim N.Although the their website claims 24/7 emergency service they apparently don't want to be inconvenienced. I called them Christmas Eve (Saturday evening) after my kitchen sink sprung a leak. I had to shut off the main water valve to my house to stop the water gushing in my kitchen. Of course it was a broken flexi line and would have been easily fix if Home Depot was open. I called Five Aces Plumbing and they said that they couldn't come out and had to wait for Monday. So much for emergency service. They could have easily charged me a fortune (which I would have paid) to replace a $3 part. Instead I was left with no water anywhere in my house. Don't bother with these people.
