I was referred through my home warranty. I had to pay a service fee for them to come out to do NOTHING. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT CALL this company to come out to do any work for you!

I was referred to Fitz's Plumbing Repair service by my brother who informed me they were professional, knowledgeable and I'd be in good hands. Since that referral, I've had Fitz's come out twice to fix issues at my home.

From my first call to the business to discuss my issues and schedule my appointments (special shout out to Misty for her phone etiquette and professionalism) to the diagnosing and solving of my issue, I was impressed and appreciative of the process. As a new homeowner, having things breakdown and figuring out the right people to call has all been new experiences for me, so I am thankful Fitz's was my first plumber.

Thank you for the work. You'll be my first call in the future and like my brother, Fitz's will be my first referral for anyone with plumbing issues: because I can now confirm for myself Fitz's is professional, knowledgeable and my home plumbing truly has been in good hands. Cheers!

We have had a recurring issue with our kitchen sink stopping up, so I asked a friend for a recommendation and she referred me to Fitz's. Leslie called me first thing this morning and was very helpful in accommodating my time frame. Our plumber today was Phil, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and got straight to work on our problem when he got here. He was very pleasant and was easy to talk to. He resolved our issue quickly and we will definitely ask for him again should any other plumbing need arise. Great experience with Fitz's!

We had used Fitz perviously and found the plumbers professional and hard working. The services were expensive but it is hard to find good plumbers. Fitz was hired to prepare my new home for a gas inspection. There were some minor tie ins and connections that needed to be performed. The plumbers came to the home and performed only part of the work and promised to return to complete the services. When we tried to get them to return to have the work completed, they explained that they were too busy. This put my wife and I in a situation where we did not have hot water for 2 weeks.

Several weeks later we received a $2527 invoice for installing approximately 10 ft of screw piping, a couple plugs, 3 ea 1/2 gas valves, a regulator to our range, a gas test they did not complete because there were leaks, and a gas line to a gas lantern in the front of my home that they never installed. After disputing the costs and a lengthy negotiation we were told that we had not paid for a previous visit which is why we needed to pay at least $1527. We finally agreed to pay $1527 which was much more that should have been charged for the little amount of work performed and to just get a resolution. After further review, we found the paper work showing we have paid for the previous services. Chris with Fitz, lied to us about not paying for our previous services. I would not recommend using Fitz for plumbing services. They are expensive and not honest.

Submitted a claim through Home Warranty for a broken garbage disposal. Eddie and his teammate came out, took a look and quickly diagnosed it as broken. They had a new one on the truck waiting to install for me. Took them about 30 mins in and out. Paid the 100$ as agreed thru the HWC and that was it. Very knowledgeable, friendly, tidy and professional. Would definitely recommend!!

I had done business before with Fitz plumbling no issues. So I used them once again to help someone out. Her outside water faucet was broken. So I called Fitz plumbing. They were right on time. That was the only positive thing about the call. There technician didn't have a coupler to put on the faucet
He had to use mine. He had to used the faucet the lady had purchased. He didn't even have sandpaper on the truck to clean the pipe. He couldn't seem to solder the pipe and coupling correctly he had to take it apart 3 times before he got it right.
I asked 4 different times how much this was going to cost. I was told he wasn't sure. Imagine my surprise when I was charged $284.00 . I wasn't even given the senior citizen discount in spite of being told I would receive it. I called an complained. I was told Chris would call me. He did the next day. After I explained what happened..I was asked if I was told on the initial call that I would be charged a service charge plus 85-185.00 per hour. I informed I was NOT told this. He implied that I was lying by telling me that his calls are recorded. I told him go listen to them. He said he hated to loose me as a customer..as if I would ever call them again..I hung up. So then what did they do..I paid them $220 cash of this $284.00 bill and the balance was to be charged to my debit card...$64.00..Fitz plumbing then proceeded to try to charge my debit card $284.00.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone call this company

I phoned Fritz's Plumbing Repair Service LLC, and Their Phone Representative, Leslie answered My Call. I presented a situation, That I had No Remedy for, But remembered that One of Fritz's Highly Skilled Technical Plumbers, was here at My Home earlier. In Applying this Thought, I realized that Eddie could possibly assist Me, In this dilemma! Leslie assured Me, That she would contact Eddie and did. Eddie Responded Immediately, After, Completing the job, He was currently on. I explained My situation to Eddie, and Being The Modest Professional Genius, That he is... Gave me Explicit Instructions, After asking me to text a picture of the possible sources, of the problem at hand. I immediately took pictures of what I Thought to be, The source of My issue. Within seconds, After Eddie viewed my text; He Exercised his Phenomenal Knowledge and Skills, Whereby, Responding with Explicit Instructions!!! I had No Issue, As I followed The Instructions. I Thought, To Myself... What Ability, That Young Man has and Because of his Diligence; I was ""BLESSED"", BY ""OUR HEAVENLY FATHER"", AND DID NOT BLOW Up My Home; Nor The Entire Neighborhood!!!!
