We have had a recurring issue with our kitchen sink stopping up, so I asked a friend for a recommendation and she referred me to Fitz's. Leslie called me first thing this morning and was very helpful in accommodating my time frame. Our plumber today was Phil, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and got straight to work on our problem when he got here. He was very pleasant and was easy to talk to. He resolved our issue quickly and we will definitely ask for him again should any other plumbing need arise. Great experience with Fitz's!

I presented a situation, That I had No Remedy for, But remembered that One of Fritz's Highly Skilled Technical Plumbers, was here at My Home earlier. In Applying this Thought, I realized that Eddie could possibly assist Me, In this dilemma! Leslie assured Me, That she would contact Eddie and did. Eddie Responded Immediately, After, Completing the job, He was currently on. I explained My situation to Eddie, and Being The Modest Professional Genius, That he is... Gave me Explicit Instructions, After asking me to text a picture of the possible sources, of the problem at hand. I immediately took pictures of what I Thought to be, The source of My issue. I was referred through my home warranty. I had to pay a service fee for them to come out to do NOTHING. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT CALL this company to come out to do any work for you!

I called Fitz's for a clogged kitchen drain.
I tried my best, but it was clogged.
I called my regular plumber and he said he'd be a week or so. He's not my plumber anymore.
I called Fitz's and they were available the very next day. They confirmed the appointment and even texted when he's was on his way. He found the blockage and showed me a video so I didn't have to crawl in there.
I'll use them again and absolutely recommend them!

Submitted a claim through Home Warranty for a broken garbage disposal. Eddie and his teammate came out, took a look and quickly diagnosed it as broken. They had a new one on the truck waiting to install for me. Took them about 30 mins in and out. Paid the 100$ as agreed thru the HWC and that was it. Very knowledgeable, friendly, tidy and professional. Would definitely recommend!!
