We were in a panic when our bathtub would not drain two days before the closing of our house! The buyers could delay the closing until the plumbing problem was solved which would throw a wrench into our schedule to close on our new house. I called Fitzpatrick Plumbing - a local, family run, long established company in our hometown of Fort Pierce and explained our time crunch. They sent a tech that day! Chad fixed the bathtub and pretty much saved the sale of our house. Thank you, Fitzpatrick Plumbing!

Called for service. Hour later Steve was there to fix single handle kitchen faucet. He was fantastic ! Took it all apart put in new cartridge...twenty minutes done. Those faucets are very difficult...don't ever try one yourself. It's Fitzpatrick Plumbing for me from now on. Thanks Steve.

I called Fitzpatrick to repair a leaking shower faucet. The tech showed up with a Home Depot bucket with slipjoint pliers and some washers/o rings. No faucet wrench. He was able to remove the shower stems, replaced washers, but the stems were obviously damaged. See pics. He told me to go to a plumbing store and get new handles, but did not know the maker of the faucet. Plumbery said he needed to see the stems to provide the parts. So I went back home, I removed the stems, and brought them to the Plumbery. Owner said the splines were damaged and useless and no handle would fit. Washer shaft was also damaged. So I purchased new parts, and returned home again and installed the parts myself. So the repair done repaired nothing. Stems should have been replaced from the start. Asking the customer to do all the leg work was simply wrong. Thanks to the """"Plumbery"""" in Fort Pierce, I was able to get the job done. No thanks to Fitzpatrick. I received a bill, explained my issues, and I requested politely that they """"adjust the bill"""" since the tech did come out. No dice, no accommodation for the job done poorly. No apologies for the extra time and work I had to do to finish his job. Just you owe the bill. That is how they treated me, a long time customer. Pics show damaged spline, damaged shaft around new washers, full pic of old stem, new stem installed by me, and finished job done as it should have been.

We have had them here 2 times. First time was connecting a new laundry room sink/faucet and replacing my garbage disposal. We had Chad and Jr. both time. These guys are very hard working and very, very polite. Very nice guys. The girl is the office is great too. I will certainly call them again for any of my future projects or problems. Thank you!

Had Chris second time for another project we are doing. This time he was very unorganized and told us things he later retracted we were very disappointed with his actions. He kept calling about getting money for wotk not completed. I would definitely not recommend them for another job. I don't know what happened to them but they use to be very honest and straight forward.

I have used Fitzpatrick Plumbing for 50yrs. They are a great company run by a wonderful honest family. I just recently had some work done by Chad the son of the owner and I mean to tell you he completed resealed my old acrylic shower and recaulked everything. I know they are supposed to be plumbers but they are so much more and can do just about anything. I never question my bill because they do such good work I don't care what they charge me. I know makes me a little like a fool but it's so hard to find quality honest people that you can leave in your home while you are gone to do your work. Integrity means everything to me and Fitzpatrick plumbing is top shelf in my book. Ed Smith
