If you know the term, Slab Leak, then you can empathize. AAA insurance had 3 quotes for me, a church friend recommended Fitzpatrick Plumbing. James beat them all. His design of repiping my whole house was genius, which saved me money, time and fewer holes in my walls and no need to cut into my driveway and porch. He has an exceptional ability to explain the procedures and reasoning behind it which made me feel very much at ease. He's thorough with his job and always on time. I know now that all my plumbing needs will be met with quality work and without me worrying about being overcharged or delayed.

As a recent widow, I panicked when I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink! Who to call for help, who to trust to be honest and also count on a good job? I was very nervous but then my friend suggested I call James at Fitzpatrick Plumbing and I am so glad I did! James came to evaluate the problem, found a broken hose (not a pipe like I thought), advised me as to what needed to be done . He was personable, knowledgeable and that in turn calmed me. He was prompt, was fully equipped, explained as he went along and finished the job very efficiently! He left the work area clean, litter-free and his price was very reasonable!! I never felt taken advantage of (as I feared) and if I ever need a Plumber again, well, I'm calling my Plumber ~ James! To all my fellow single sisters out there, I recommend him whole-heartedly! I just had the best plumbing experience of my life! James, the owner, came to my home promptly and immediately diagnosed what was wrong with my plumbing. Within minutes, he was busy removing the obstructions that were clogging my drains. Even though he hit some rough spots in the drain, her persisted until everything was clear! I have used other plumbers over the years, and none of them were as determined or professional as James is.

He even confirmed my suspicions that the plumber I had used years ago had taken advantage of me when he insisted I needed to have him install a front-yard trap.

Fitzpatrick plumbing did a great job on my plumbing and wall repairs. My main concern was quality, however they were also affordable, quick, and showed up on time. I highly recommend Fitzpatrick Plumbing and will soon schedule them again to do all my little jobs I have stacked up including minor plumbing, wall repair, decking repair, and outdoor low water use mister cooling system.
