Horrible. Called to have them do plumbing work, the guy said we are too busy and hung up on me

Bought an A.O Smith water heater with them, they're recommended on the manufacturer's website. Smelled of gas around the install point immediately after install. I was unable to find the leak myself with a cheap detector wand or soapy water. They did not want to come back and look at their install. That was the last thing they wanted to do. They told me to contact the gas company, and when I did the gas company employee who came out found poorly tightened joints that were close to coming apart (he could hand tighten them).

Thoroughly unimpressive.
