I had a water leak on my side of the meter. I called on a Monday morning and they arrived at 11am! They went right to work and were done in an hour. They gave me a veteran discount which covered the credit card processing fee. Use a check if you can! Zach did a great job!

Called for a job, appointment made only for them to turn and leave claiming they didn't have the right equipment. Then they call and say they can't do the job. How unprofessional!! Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Re-piped our home on a slab. They made sure to get everything right before they finished the job. Don't try to skimp on plumbing. Use true professionals like Fitzgerald.

They came out and clear a clog in our sewer. We had a clear sewer pipe but for some reason they said they would have to remove the toilet to clear the clog(I'm sure the reason it cost more) They we're here about 30 mins found the clog and charged $632.

Made an appointment for service and repair on 4-27-21 for 4-30-21. Plumber never showed. Call the office and they said I never made an appointment, yet they had all my information on file including lock box number for the technician. Now I have to change that plus find new plumber before contract on a home I'm selling expires. Wanna charge almost $100 just to show. And do a no call no show is incompetent. Unprofessional is to kind a word. BUYER BEWARE!

This was my first experience with FitzGerald and sons- but my ex husband has always used them, so I thought """"why not."""" Very happy I did! My hot water heater """"blew"""" up and I woke up to a virtual swimming pool in my master bath and bedroom. After figuring out that the water pouring from beneath the hot water heater was probably not a good thing, I turned off the H2O and called them. They were there by mid afternoon- super happy given the scheduler told me they were really busy but would do their best. They agreed that the unit shouldn't have water pouring from it :). Anyway- within 1.5 hrs I had a new one installed, the pressure checked, some other little things done... and they came in at the midway price for what I had looked up. So- thrilled. The guys were nice and hard working- didn't stop until it was done. I can't move boxes due to a hip replacement and they were so kind- moving what they needed to. Overall- very very pleased and will definitely use them in the future!

The valve that regulates water pressure coming into our 23 year old house failed and water was pouring into the golf cart garage and adjoining finished basement while my husband was away. I called Fitzgerald who came out immediately, turned off the water from the street, cancelled another appointment so they could check out the situation, fixed me up with a water damage repair company, and made sure I was OK before they left. I'll never forget how quickly they responded and what a huge help they were in my time of crisis! They are the best.

Again very good and efficient service at a fair price. Replaced the main water line to the house from the street explained everything that was going to be done. Actually called the utilities marking service to come out again and clarify the original marks so they could do the correct and safe service of the water line. Will use them again if the need arises.

Over priced, unresponsive and outrageously arrogant. They need a little competition to knock them down a few pegs, hope it happens soon. they ripped me off and did a shoddy repair and left me with a mess.

Be very CAREFUL doing business with Fitzgerald & Sons. Technician came to my house and misdiagnosed both problems he was supposed to fix. First was the bathtub: We informed him that the tub was leaking very bad and his fix was to caulk around the spout and lever. He never verified that the leak was fixed and after he left it leaked as it had. The second issue was a leak in the sink in the master bath. He replaced the P-trap (it was damaged) and informed us that the leak was due to a crack in the sink itself and did nothing more. (FYI the sink is a 1/2 inch cast iron sink) Replacement of the sink was quoted at $400+. So... to caulk around the tub fixtures and replace a P-trap I was charged $363. Upon contacting the owner to see what resolution we could come to, he informed me that he would look into the job, talk with the technician and get back with me. Since this communication I have called 4 times left 3 personal messages with the owner and have yet to receive any response. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU NOT USE FITZGERALD AND SONS AND INSTEAD FIND A COMPANY WITH INTEGRITY, COMPETENCE AND SOME LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Finally spoke to the owner (Mike Fitzgerald) who informed me that since I had communicated to him that I felt that i was taken advantage of as well as was unhappy with his non-response to my inquiries (he was offended that i had such a perception) he was not going to make any concessions. SO IF YOU WANT TO PAY $363 TO HAVE SOMEONE DO NOTHING CALL THEM!!!
