I wish I could give 0 stars honestly.
I wouldn't hire this company If they were the last plumbers on Earth!!! First of all the receptionist is so horribly rude. She constantly interrupts you and talks over you, not listening to a word you say! And then she lied about making contact with my landlords and blamed it on me because she didn't hear my address correctly! what does that have to do with calling my landlords.. they know the address. Lol
Next, when my landlords called them and asked to come right away because it was an emergency, they said they would be by after another job was finished. I waited from 11 am until 7 pm, canceling all of my appointments for the day, and no one showed up, or even called. Immediately the next day we called someone else to come over and they came THAT day within 4 hours. (Call Fleck and Perry!)
They fixed the major leak I had right on the spot. I kept the standing appointment with Fitz It because I had other major work that needed to be done and the landlords wanted estimates, naturally.
I called Fitz It this morning to communicate and the incredibly rude receptionist said ""we canceled all further work on your house and we will not be coming to do estimates."" I said excuse me?? She said ""yep. You hired another plumber last night so we decided we wouldn't be coming to do any estimates. Thanks."" I asked who they canceled with.. nobody. They just decided they would flake out again! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
Completely baffled by how rude and childish these people are, all I could do was hang up in utter disbelief.
I'm shocked by any positive reviews these people have. WHAT.

Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with these people and call ANYONE ELSE!!!

Best service! I must have called half the plumbers in town and either couldn't get ahold of anyone or they charged crazy per hour fees. Then I called Fitz it Right, someone immediately answered the phone and gave me an appointment. The day of they showed up early and got the job done in no time (they also charge for the job, not per hour!). They were very nice, professional and honest.

I highly recommend this company!
We recently had a party at our home and with 50+ people someone ran over the garden spigot in the yard. It created a geyser and the only way to shut it down was to turn off the main water supply at the front gate. This disabled all the toilets and sinks in the house.
Fitz It Right was able to come out immediately after hours in a weekend to cut the pipe and capped the leak.
They saved the party!
We had several people staying the night and we were able to shower and use restrooms for the rest of the weekend until the spigot was replaced on Monday.
The price of repair and new spigot was very reasonable especially for an after hours emergency repair.
We will use them for any plumbing projects in the future.

I've had him come to fix my sewer pump in the middle of the night and he also installed a gas line for a washer and dryer. Very prompt and professional and the prices are great.

Had a kitchen sink clog on a Saturday night. My multiple attempts to use a 1/4"" drill snake didn't do anything. Fitz It Right came out and cleared years of congested pipe with a larger snake on Sunday and now the sink drains better than before. Very reasonably priced for a service call on a Sunday and he also put a 30-day Warranty on his work. I'm very satisfied

He did a great job fixing my kitchen sink and replaced the rotten pipe. Was fast and knows what he is doing. He will give you a price and that is what it is. If other work needs to be done he will discuss it with you before doing the work.
