Everyone I spoke with is very customer focussed from making the original appointment to the work done. I'm extremely pleased. I found them all to be very professional and friendly. Just had the work done today and I I'm feeling comfortable, should there be issues in the future, they have a very good warranty. Run away!! Nice guys but awful plumbers! Nearly everything they touched had to be repaired (by a different plumbing company). Major mistakes were repeatedly made. Don't waste your money!

Awful Experience. I phoned Fits it Right to replace a broken shower drain. Two men arrived and one went to Piersons for parts. They put a kitchen sink drain in my shower pan. They did not ask if this was ok they just did it. Then charged me over $300.00 for it. When I told them I was not happy as it was not safe and it is a SINK DRAIN!!! They told me I could by the parts at Piersons that I wanted they would come install, or they would order the ""mobile home"" part from Century Mobile. So I agreed to have them order the same drain they had at Piersons from Century , just so they would cover it. Then they did not get back to me for about 10 days. So I called Century Mobile and spoke to Doug. They carry the drain IN STOCK people!!! And Fits it Right NEVER called them for it. I text Fits it Right and let them know ""The part they (never) ordered was in"" LOL!!! They got back to me and said oh your right ,it has arrived. So completely dishonest. They got the part and sent Danny to install it. Thank you Danny for being competent. Now I have a shower drain, not a sink drain in my shower. I also have to say I am the property manager at Humboldt Bay Mobile Estates, 9 years I have been here. I phoned Fits it Right to make my life easier and it was a pain in the rear to say the least. In ALL my years here I have never dealt with such incompetent dishonest vendors. Just Awful :(

Dan, our plumber did a great job. He fixed our leaking bathtub faucet and replaced the stem to our cold water handle. Furthermore, he changed our toilet gasket and placed spacers to level it out. Our toilet no longer shifts or rocks. He even did some maintenance by cleaning our toilet flushing jet, which we hadn't asked about. Fitz it Right Plumbing arrived at the time we scheduled and completed the job in less than one or two working hours. I would recommend them.
