Less than zero. Poor management practices, taking on more work than they can actually do, rushing through the job, sloppy work, horrible communication skills. Poor carpentry skills, poor plumbing skills, inappropriate talk about his ""wiener"" and bragging about his wife being 20 years younger. No show was the last straw after waiting 2 months to have a 1 day job finished. So many issues that I finally fired them and went with the company that helped me identify and suggest corrections to the work they did that failed on every level. Don't hire them, they will not get back to you within any reasonable time even if the work they did is leaking profusely. I experienced what can only be described as a shit show of poor communication between the office and the workers and the customer.

Our rating is less than ZERO. We used to use these people and even recommended their company. That is no longer the case. We would never use them again for any reason even if our toilet was exploding. They have proven that they do not live up to their commitments, they do not take responsibility for their actions, and they do work that falls apart. Please don't be surprised by a company as bad as this.

We've used Fitz twice for major hydro cleaning and for clearing our roof and downspouts of accumulated debris. (The prior owner did little to no property or house maintenance.). Fitz was knowledgeable and answered all our questions to our satisfaction.

We had a utility sink installed in our garage near our washer and dryer by Fitz It Right Plumbing. It was great service by knowledgeable people. They know plumbing! The finished sink installation looked more attractive than we had earlier envisioned. We had expected to see exposed pipes going to the water connections in the garage; however, the plumbers covered all their work with an attractive plastic sheeting. Great job!
