You can't beat no charge! The 70 year old main shutoff valve outside the house was leaking. My water usage had been sky high. Started calling other plumbers first thing 7 am Monday morning. Either they weren't available or they didn't want the work. One guy even came by the house to check it out, without telling me. He called to tell me he wouldn't do the work, but recommended a friend who never responded to my voice mail.

Fito came out the same day. He tightened the valve and it stopped leaking! He didn't think that could have caused the 275 gal per day report from EBMUD so he spent more time advising me how to isolate the leak. He then charged me nothing! He thought the high usage may have been the leaky toilet flapper I replaced the week before. But we will follow his advice and try to find the cause of the high usage ourselves. He said, ""Plumbers are expensive! Try to figure it out yourself before calling me to charge you to find it.""

We had a major problem with our sewer lateral clogging about a week before Thanksgiving. Fito Plumbers responded right away after I was referred to them and diagnosed the problem quickly. They did a terrific job getting the city permit and the sewer line replaced really well and quickly, given the holiday week and the fact that the city had just paved our street, which they had to dig into.  They fixed the street beautifully and even came back to repaint the small section of bike lane striping that had gotten dug up.

Fito understood my sense of urgency and responded within two hrs. I had received a letter from the Pleasanton Water District stating that I was losing 22 gallons an hr. He arrived to locate our leak. We had previous turned off the main water line, then the irrigation line. Somehow the leak must have sealed itself (probably irrigation related). When Fito arrived, he said that he did not see any leaks in the system. He instructed me to monitor the water meter if the problem should occur again, I should contact him immediately. He did not charge me anything for this information. I truly appreciate his honesty and integrity. I will definitely be contacting him for my future plumbing needs.

I came home after work to my water heater severely leaking. I called Fito and he picked up right away. He sent two of his plumbers over within 30 minutes and they were willing to do the job immediately. I really appreciate this being that this was on a weekday after 6:00pm. I used Fito both for my house and for my mom's condo. Both times, the appointments were made quickly and professionally.

Lalo provided service and was very quick, attentive, and super professional. He went out of his way when he discovered a leak in our crawl space. Although he was supposed to come back in the morning, he came back that same evening to take a closer loo, give us an estimate, and confirm the work to be done. Lalo and the crew came back early next morning and finished necessary work. Very impressive and highly recommended.
