We had a part of our sewer main that was very old and in bad shape. I called Fito based on reviews and that it appeared they do heavier excavation work. Fito came out the same day to snake, scope, and diagnose. They confirmed what I suspected - that we needed portions of the sewer main replaced. He also found some other necessary spot repairs and quoted a reasonable price for the work. I asked when he could do it and he said ""tomorrow"". We'd been struggling to find plumbers to properly diagnose the problem let alone give us a quote to fix it. Fito's crew came the next day and efficiently did the bulk of the work. The day after that, they came and repaired the asphalt cut outs and even replaced concrete they'd had to break out that's under a permanent deck (i.e., not visible). When they were done, a gravel area they'd had to completely dig up looked like no excavation had been done. It looks perfect. Plumbing is working great since they came. So, by the third day after I'd called, major underground work was done and it looked like they'd never been there. If you have any plumbing work you need, especially heavier work that involves excavation, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fito.

I called them this morning and completed the on line request for pumbing services. I wrote out my sepcific issue water leakage and what I believe was the remedy. I received a call in 1 hour and ""Rosie"" stated they had a technican in the area and would arrive in 15 min. I accepted and the tech ""Lalo"" inspected under Kitchen sink water leaking. He hand tighten p pipe nuts including dishwasher overflow that was also loose. He ran water from the sink and turned on he dishwasher for the entire cycle. He stated better to ensure no leakage for what he had manually tighten or any other sign of water leakage. Well done, what an honest person and business. He stated it was family owed and they do the right thing at a fair price. He refused a charge and stated to keep his family plumbing business in mind for potential future plumbing needs. Wow!!!!

I did not know anyone in plumbing. They were first to answer to my request thru Angi. Specialists were on site within an hour and a half. Lalo and his buddy (I am sorry I missed his name) are very knowledgeable and resolved my issues quickly, showed me what's the cause of the blockage and preventive measures. Rate is more than reasonable and is a great deal considering the peace of mind your company gave me. I know who to call next time.

They are great.
They are fast too. I had them replace the main sewer and water. Somehow they got that done for me in about 2 days. I couldn't get the money transferred fast enough.

I am writing this on behalf on my mother. My mother had a plumbing issue on a Sunday morning. After not being able to fix it herself, Fito Plumbers was called. The owner, Fito, arrived quickly and helped assess the situation. With minimal damage he got onto the roof and used a camera to find the issue. There are broken clay pipes and therefore it backed up into her home. He cleared the sewer line to resolve the issue at this time. There will be more work that needs to be done in the future that involves the main sewer line from the street. Fito was professional and worked quickly. My mother highly recommends him in emergency situations and regular plumbing.

I would give Fito Plumbers 10 stars if I could. We had a MAJOR plumbing disaster and bad luck with another plumbing company. Fito responded the same day as our desperate call, assessed our issues and began work the same day. Each person on the job was pleasant and extremely hard-working. We have a house over 100 years old and the pipes, etc., presented quite a challenge. Lalo led the crew in figuring out the causes of our problem, and coming up with a creative and effective way to make everything work out perfectly. The crew worked in rainy, muddy conditions and never let up until the job was truly finished. We especially appreciate Lalo who must know everything about plumbing and was determined to solve our issues. He was always on time, friendly, kept all promises made, etc. I highly recommend Fito Plumbers!!!

Highly recommend Fito's Plumbing. They have saved us multiple times but I would like to speak about the time our water heater broke in the middle of a storm. I know we don't get very many storms around here, but we did January 2023. Our water heater broke leaving our family with no hot water. As homeowners we had talked about upgrading to a tankless, but never imagined it would play out this way. During a terrible storm. Was this even an option at this point? We called Fito and he send over a crew immediately. They worked through the rain and mud and not only were able to install a tankless, but also gave us hot water the very same day. Forever thankful and grateful for their hard and honest work. Without a doubt I can say the following, We have found an honest plumbing company!

I've reached out to Fito Plumbers a couple times over the last few years (once for a broken toilet, and then for a broken garbage disposal and leaking kitchen sink), and my experience has been uniformly great. Scheduling was easy and prompt, they kept me updated regularly and showed up on time, their quotes were reasonable, and the work was very good. Lalo happily helped me with some additional minor tasks while taking care of the plumbing problems, and also did a follow up appointment to fix a small issue with the sink at no extra charge. I am very impressed with Lalo's attention to detail and his willingness to go above and beyond; highly recommended.
