Experienced two emergency plumbing calls and would not call anyone else but Fisher Plumbing Springboro,PA. FP did a hot water tank dianostic and determined it could not be repaired then called manufacturer of tank and had a replacement ordered within a hour. Once new hot water unit arrived (on a Friday afternoon) FP came over the same weekend to install. Second emergency call required a sewage backup and once again, this happened over the weekend. Immediate response and the clog was cleared. Both instances were determined 100% correctly and no second guessing. Communication, professionalism and response is hard to beat. Hands down, FP the best-of-the-best and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and neighbors. Hats off to FP and their team for a job well done each time.

If you need work done you can't find a better plumber. They come quickly during and emergency, they are polite, reasonable and tell you up front what is wrong and how much it will cost. If you need a plumber give them a call you won't be sorry.

My Mother (85 yro) woke up Feb 14, 2016 to no hot water and a basement filled with water. She told me not to worry she had an insurance policy through First Energy whom had assigned Fisher Plumbing of Springboro, PA. Fisher Plumbing called quickly and sent a tech by 11:30am.

The tech quickly assessed the situation and told me he had to call in a report. Ten minutes later the insurance company called to say the repair was not covered as their was a leaky copper tubing away from the water heater.

Tech ""took it apart cut off end of tube & installed a new feral / Tightened the fitting, turned it on & it doesn't leak / "" Charged $30.82

We called a local plumber who came within the hour. The leaky copper tubing had sprayed a fine mist of water back at the top of the water heater. The outside of the tank was covered in water, the electronic control box was soaked, the insulation on the inside of the cover plate in front of the burner was soaked and we drained 2.6 liters of water from the bottom of the water heater.

Local plumber spent an hour dewatering our water heater and set up several fans to dry out the burner, pilot, and electronic assemblies. We were finally able to relight the pilot and enjoy hot water by 11:30pm. Local plumber refused to take any money when he heard that another certified plumber under contract for emergency repairs for hot water service had left the scene and charged for it without any resolution or acknowledgement that a problem still remained.
