Called Fisher Plumbing recently to clear up a main line and they were courteous, quick and professional. Today called for a leaking shower handle and Joe came out to gave me an estimate for the work but also gave me a few quick tips on how to do it myself if I wanted to try. It's nice to be treated not just as a customer but as a friend as well. Highly recommend them for their honesty and service.

I am a real estate agent and often times when a property is inspected something is found wrong with the sewer line. I have recommended Fisher Plumbing to many of my clients and everyone has been extremely satisfied. They are always ready to come out and often on short notice, they do the job expertly and always at great prices. I highly recommend them!

When my main sewer line backed up on a Sunday, Paul Fisher of Fisher Plumbing immediately sent a technician to clear the line, then personally came out to my Sherman Oaks property, videoed and recommended a trenchless sewer line replacement based on severe root intrusion. His bid included breaking cement and digging two holes, replacing the main line, replacing the existing cleanout and adding a second cleanout, replacing all excavated earth and sod, and repairing broken cement. He showed me the materials that would be used. He also offered a lifetime guarantee for new sewer piping.

I got two additional quotes. The first was 25% higher than Fisher's and excluded replacement of broken cement. The plumber also videoed only 25' of the 75' line. When I asked whether there were problems past that point, he said ""It's not a problem, I can picture it in my mind."" When I asked how he planned to do the work, he said, ""We're plumbers, we know how to do it!""

The second bid was was 2-1/2 times higher than Fisher's, and included ""attempting to extend epoxy liner over saddle wye fitting in order to seal off last joint where roots are intruding and to secure offsetting saddle. NOTE In the event that liner is unsuccessful extending into saddle then a separate cost to excavate in street will be provided."" That meant their already exorbitant quote could go even higher after the digging had begun.

When I asked Fisher whether there was a problem at the ""saddle"" (the connection where my private sewer line meets the city's line), as a competing company had claimed, he said he hadn't seen any the first time, but offered to come out a second time and video the line again. Upon doing so, he showed me the sewer video foot by foot, and assured me there was no problem at the ""saddle.""

The job took about 8 hours, and when they were done, it was impossible to tell Fisher had been there.

On price, honesty and professionalism, Fisher won hands down. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Very professional. Excellent service. Knowledgable workers. Had my main line repiped, they did a great job. They are the best in the business. They even checked my sprinklers and adjusted as needed after they were finished with the repiping. They went above and beyond expectations for superb service.

I originally met a man in his Fisher Plumbing Truck, parked in the HOME DEPOT parking lot, four years ago. I had a question about a toilet, and he answered me straight forwardly, and I asked for his business card. I saved it for years. -----

Now I have a problem, that may or may not actually be a plumbing issue, but I have to do the checking out of it, in the event it is..... I now have a weird smell only at night wafting in my house. It smells like a high pitched, acrid, almost smoky smell. Some people say it might be a ""dead creature"", and it might well be, but it comes in as a ""gaseous, noxious fume"" that sucks the air out of the room, and makes my nose and eyes burn from about 1am to 5am. Then it smells normal all day long.... I said it was WEIRD!!! I did my research. The internet, shows a lot of people with NIGHT SMELLS..... I called the Gas company, the City Sewer, my Handyman and we checked under the house in the crawl-space, the attics, etc. Last thing to get to was the ROOF vents and drains and all the ptraps and sink drains.....Through two days of investigation, I think I met most of the Fisher Crew.

My vent pipe on the roof was too small for th e camera or snake to get in, BUT, they ran hose water through it and that really cleaned it out. Nothing seemed to be leaking anywhere.... They snaked all the drains and found one ""hair plug"" in one sink. Everything else seemed clear.

They were kind, and smart, and made me feel comfortable with everything. If I end up needing the vent and sewer lines snaked, we have to go in from the pipes in the yard, and that is a whole nother thing. So I am waiting. Meantime, the smell is still there, but not gaseous or heaviness in the air. I think clearing the vents and pipes has helped. Meantime, I need to wait it out a while. If the smell gets worse, or starts to permeate like gas again, I will call them back to do the SEWER CLEANSE. I give them five stars. Not every problem is actually a plumbing issue, but they really helped make it better..... Plus, they explained it as they went along, so I could make my decisions, and they were very fair on price as well. HONESTY and FAIR PRICES! WOW!!!!

I needed a new sewer line to the street for our new home. Found Fisher Plumbing on Yelp. Called on a weekend and got an immediate call back from Paul. Very pleasant accommodating guy. He came out quickly, ran a camera through the pipe, told me we didn't need to go past the sidewalk and gave me a very reasonable bid. His crew came out the next week and were totally professional, neat and pleasant. They ""bursted"" which meant they didn't have to dig up the front yard, but dug a hooe on each end and used a hydraulic device to break the old pipe and insert new. This was a totally satisfactory job from start to finish and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Thanks Paul and thanks Yelp.

Awesome one of the only companies that will clear a landscape drain!! Did a great job, super nice guys and cleaned up afterwards. Not bad pricing either especially since they are the only ones who would do it!!

Called this morning and got an appointment later in the day. Alberto came to the house with a smile and friendly attitude. I explained that the water from the washing machine was backing up in the kitchen sinks. He went right to work and snaked the drainage line. He had to go over 100 ft. for it to finally drain. He then explained the cause and other options if I wanted. He offered a ""Hydro Jet Cleaning"" of the pipes. Told me the procedure and the total cost. I was pleased and agreed to have it done. He hydro jetted the lines several times to make sure they were clean. Years of sludge was built up and after he was done, water flowed freely as if they were new pipes. Overall, great employee, great company, great price, and great job.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Paul is a no nonsense straight shooter who tells it like it is and delivers on his promise of good service and reasonable cost. I had constant problems with my main sewer line, and it's been a year now and, touch wood, all is still good. There is quite a bit of digging involved in replacing a sewer line, and I was worried about my shrubs and flowers. Everything was put back into place after temporary removal, and it's as though it never happened.
