Having your bathroom plumbing go bad is always stressful. Luckily we had Min, who showed up and diagnosed the problem in minutes, and had everything fixed and ready within an hour. What ended up being wrong was not what we thought, but he was thorough with his questions and inspection and figured it out. He was also professional and friendly, keeping the service call stress free. Fingers crossed we won't need to, but if we have to place a call to Fisher Plumbing we will definitely request Min's helpful assistance again.

Troy and his crew saved the day, along with a potentially massive flood. They came out to remove roots from blocking our clean out. He noticed another clean out located near trees and videotaped it just in case we were to have a future issue. Troy clearly and kindly explained all details, answered all of my questions and was beyond lovely to my children who were fascinated with the process.

Water heater broke down, so I gave Fisher Plumbing a call and they scheduled me an appointment for the very same day. Had the pleasure of having Carlos H. coming by to fix the problem. He got to work right away and was able to fix the water heater extremely quickly. He then went on to do a quick run through the entire house for quick checks on all of the sinks, toilets, etc., giving me recommendations and suggestions every step, pointing out what things could pose a potential risk for the future and how they can be fixed. He stayed around to make sure that the hot water was coming through and ensure that the issue was resolved. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Overall, was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Fisher Plumbing for anyone looking for reliable service.

I feel sad writing this review.

I've been using Fisher Plumbing for all my plumbing issues for over 15 years. But my last experience was so bad I will have to use someone else.

I called towards the end of the day and scheduled to have a technician arrive and look at a kitchen sink issue the following day. Towards the end of the time window I was given, Fisher Plumbing called me to cancel. They were too busy at another job. I was annoyed and surprised since I never had scheduling problems before, but agreed to reschedule for the next day. Again, nobody showed up when I was told they would, and I called dispatch a couple times. They kept telling me they were still going to show up later that day. I finally got fed up and cancelled. I was able to contact a local plumber who was able to come out that day and fix the problem quickly.

The best part of this story is that when the second plumber showed up in the drive way, so did one from Fisher! After I already cancelled with dispatch.

The whole experience with Fisher felt like the business was being run amateurly. Paul's always been a stand up guy and in a way I hope he cashed out and sold his business to someone else, which would explain this level of service.

I have used Fisher Plumbing for many years and have always been pleased with their service. Their weekend hours give them a big advantage over the competition. They have made multiple visits to my home over the past 30 years but this most recent weekend was very disappointing. My ""confirmed"" appointment for Saturday afternoon did not arrive. I was called and told it had to be rescheduled after waiting at home 3 hours. When the service man arrived on the rescheduled day, he gave me a price to do a 40 gal. Water heater replacement of $2500.00. Needless to say I had sticker shock. I called several other plumbers and I will have the job done for well less than half of fishers quoted price.
