Maintenance service requested. Unable to get a verbal response/commitment for an appointment.Once an appointment was confirmed, no one showed up. If you need a service provider to be committed and professional about their work, then I do not recommend these people. I can only imagine what the results of their work would look like.

Fiscor cuts corners and provides terrible customer service. These guys made a mess of my home, they're full of excuses and terrible follow through. The owner is not responsive and will not get involved to rectify issues even after being asked multiple times. Avoid a headache and go with a more reliable company with more experience and integrity. I'd give them zero stars if I could. There are much better options in Sedona and the verde valley.

I'm glad to see that Kevin (the owner of Fiscor) decided that it was a better idea to respond to my review on this ""anonymous"" platform instead of returning a concerned and upset customers multiple attempts at reaching him. This is Fiscor in a nutshell and I'm glad that everyone can see his response that outlines how these people do business. Instead of returning my calls he chose this passive aggressive response, claiming he's going to call me about my fake review. This is not a fake review, I also left out a lot of details that will paint an even uglier and more accurate description of my experience. Now I'm compelled to share my entire experience through additional platforms. Way to go, Kevin! Lastly, doxing your customers is never a good idea. If you're reading this, take note... this is Fiscor.

Yelp is supposed to be an anonymous platform. Dropping what you think is my name and profession is irresponsible and extremely unprofessional.

Had an A/C issue and got a same day appointment. Billy III came out on time, fixed the problem, explained what was done and why. He was professional and courteous. These folks became my go-to A/C guys that day.

I requested some help and they showed up by the next day which was great, but he said I needed a new unit for $8700 not including dry wall damge to get the new heater in its space. The heated area was about 900 sq feet and above a garage. Fortunately I called another company for a second opinion. A new control board for $550 and things work great. Beware. Normal folks don't know a thing about a/c or heat. These guys thrive on selling you new units. pretty disgusting actually.
Always get a second opinion even when things are pretty desperate. If the second agrees with the first then problem confirmed. If not, don't deal with these guys.

I had a problem with my heating system. It was just a blown fuse. Very minor repair. I only charged $75 for troubleshooting. Josh and Justin were honest and knowledgeable. I will use them again

I was very impressed with Fiscor. They are a top-notch outfit including the owner, installer/techs and office staff. They worked within our particular circumstances to install a new heating and A/C system in our house in Verde Valley, in less than one day. They were always in contact with us including texting company history, technician history, photographs of the installer/technicians, dates and times of installation and appointments. Everyone I spoke to or had contact with were friendly, honest, polite, knowledgeable, reasonable and always VERY prompt! I would highly recommend them to anyone considering A/C or heating work.

When the heat went out in our cabin in Munds Park, we called 6 different businesses. Fix or was the only company that responded. They came the next morning after sending me the picture and bio of both the technicians that would be there! One of them was the owner, Kevin Fiscor. They were both courteous and honest and gave me solid information; I verified it with a contractor friend, and gave me a good deal on a new unit. Ours was dying and couldn't be repaired. They came a little over a week later to install the unit, again with the pictures and personal bios of everyone involved in the install. This company is honest and hardworking and will give you great service and quality work! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
