I would give a zero if that were an option. Tony came out and absolutely terrified me. He told me that I was lucky that my home had a sprinkler system since it was likely that my system could catch fire. Also told me I needed a complete overall to the tune of over 27000 ( and that as the middle of the road choices available). He said that he was surprised that it had passed inspection, and on and on. So much fear mongering.
I contacted another company the next day in order to get another opinion. And then a third. Both other companies said that everything was ok, I wasn't in danger. There were some minor issues that needed to be addressed, which I did. $275 total. I had an energy audit done, and after taking off some rebates...$500. A significant difference. Without the fear mongering. Both other companies were outraged and tempted to call Fiscor, and they were the ones that convinced me to write this review (I usually dont) since it gives the whole genre a bad name. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
