I called Joe, after our water-based backup sump pump sprung a leak. It was a panicked call, as our home was going on the market in days. He and Mike were at our home within an hour, reassuring us that we wouldn't have more leaks after we shut off the water supply to the area, and got us on the schedule for a deeper pit and new backup pump. They showed up as promised yesterday and got right to work. They fixed the issue and corrected some issues that the previous owners had created.

We had a small leak in the overflow drain of our attic bathtub that dripped through the ceiling below. When we were able to get Joe to come over to take a look he was very pleasant and personable. He inspected the plumbing for a few minutes before declaring it too old to repair. We would need to gut everything and replace it with a new bathroom. He quoted 30K to fully replace a small attic bathroom not including materials we had already purchased. The price was so high, we got a second opinion: it turned out the plumbing was not beyond repair but instead it was a minor problem (a leaking overflow drain) and it was repaired for a few hundred dollars. Joe and his son Mike were so nice i want to believe this was a mistake... For this reason i am giving 2 Stars instead of 1. You're welcome

We had our boiler go the first week of January 2018, when we had a major cold spell. They'd previously replaced our bathroom a few years ago. It was a bad time (Christmas Break) as our daughter was coming home from College with some guests. Joe got it set up, so they could temporarily use the shower and toilet, so we were not completely without an upstairs bathroom. He was able to complete the full bathroom within a week.
With the boiler, they made some suggestions to keep warm, as the boiler blew on a Saturday morning, and the warehouse was closed. He gave them a rush order to pick up the new boiler, the following Monday. He was at our house bright and early, and they worked all day. By late day we had a toasty warm house.

The employees of this business are no good. They will take an advance from you and will never come back. They will not even pickup your phone after that. After giving the the advance, I am waiting for over 5 months to complete the job at my house.
I will not recommend to give them any money before they complete your job. I would like to say that don't even hire them.
They are the meanest people on earth.

I don't recommend these guys. they are sloppy at work site and in their work. Buyer beware.
