best plumbing company in Rochester N.Y hands down.....not going to waste my time telling my story on how they saved the day on some super hero stuff....
long story short if you do not call these guys first before any other plumbing people in Rochester.
you'd have to be an idiot 2 not call these MASTER Plumbers! they are highly skilled at their craft
*prices are superb 10 stars
*service is beyond exceptional 10 stars!


I wouldn't of wasted my Time writing all of this stuff if these guys wasn't as good.
Call them First please and save yaself the Hassle...or don't idc.

We just had an electric water heater installed, and the experience was awesome
They were fast, efficient, and even lowered the price for us, which was amazing.
We have dealt with five other plumbing services, and I would say, these people are the best you can use.
I would not hesitate to call them again, and if you are looking for a fair and honest quote, call them!!!

My hot water tank needed to be replaced because it was 12 years old and seeping water. Fischer did the original install 12 years ago, so I called them knowing it would probably be time to replace it. Jeremy and another Fischer worker came in and replaced it quickly, quietly and professionally. They were on time, respectful and careful when moving the tanks through tight spaces.

Super Service! Thank you so very much, Tom! The Sunday of the ""Wind Storm"" my disposal clunked to the bottom of my sink cupboard! I called Fischer and Jeremy assured me that Tom would be at my door Monday, 8AM. Tom was prompt, professional, and fast! He not only re-attached the disposal but explained in simple terms what he was doing and how cost is calculated. Can't say enough good about Fischer Plumbing! (BTW: I live in the Charlotte area not in Auburn,MA!)

The nightmare is over, thanks to Elliot at Fischer Plumbing!
I had a clogged basement sink. Despite my best efforts, I could not get the drain to clear on my own, even after using a strong clog-busting liquid (a few times). Laundry and dishes were piling up, so I had to do something.
On a friend's recommendation, I called Fischer on a Thursday afternoon and Elliot came out Friday morning to evaluate the problem. In a short while, he had cleared the drain. I paid exactly what he stated up front the work would cost.
I am very impressed by Fischer Plumbing and would not hesitate to call them again for other jobs. Elliot was fast, courteous, and knowledgeable.
