When we first purchased our home, we encountered problems with our new air conditioner. The Home Warranty company sent someone who was unable to fix it. Then we were advised to contact the HVAC company that installed the AC unit. After several visits and service fees, they also were not able to find the problem. I decided to call First Service because they handled our company's HVAC maintenance service and BAM! They fixed it the first time. We haven't had any issues with it again. The best AC people around. I will never use anyone else but FIRST SERVICE.

We called First Service to repair our home air conditioner and they sold us a new air conditioner compressor (complete outside unit). Less than 9 months later the air conditioner quit cooling, we called and a tech was sent out and added freon. 10 days later it quit cooling again and we called on a Monday morning for service, by Wednesday the dispatcher still could not give us an estimated time a tech could come out and outside temperatures were running over 100 degrees so we had to call another company to fix. First Service has poor customer service and does not stand behind their products and service. I later contacted the owner via their website e-mail and he failed to make any response. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for plumbing, heating and ac .

I was forced to seek service from this company as it was the only one licensed to service my water heater under warranty.

They sent a conning plumber, whom said that he needed new parts and will have to wait until they arrive in order for the heater to work, and charged me for his visit. He never showed up again nor did he answer the calls, after about 3 months, I heared loud water sounds and the walls were oozing water in the house, and I called in another plumber as emergency and he stated that all seemed to work just fine with the heater, but the water filter clogs up every now and then and would have to be cleaned, that is all, and he mentioned that last time it was cleaned they did not put the pipes accurately that caused the big leak.
