I am glad others had a good experience with this business, but I did not. I found them unresponsive and careless with the mitigation after my basement flood. One of the guys bled all over my carpet and did not even try to clean it up. They ruined both my carpet and doormat. The guy said that ""it's okay because we should just remove the carpet anyway"" (this carpet was nowhere near the flood). There was blood on my vanity, hardwood floor - no one came to clean it up or to help. Cole said they would replace a front door mat but never did and now is completely MIA. Just disappointing generally. Maybe I got unlucky with my cleanup crew but management should have remedied it best they could. I just used another company for a second flood and now I see what a real mitigation should look like - I won't use First Response again.
