Do not use this company. Call the home warranty company and ask for another provider. They will tell you that there is a leak and you need to pay for the leak inspection to submit (which isn't covered) the claim and once you pay for the leak inspection you won't hear from them again. I have no idea what they sent to the warranty company but claim was denied. i don't have the leak report and they don't return calls. RUN from this group.

not a good company they were sent by home warranty company missed the first appointment after I waited all day and they show up for second appointment late again home all day for them to come and collect 68 dollars from me and said will be back never showed up again they said have emergency call while my bed room was flooded and no water for two days I guess my situation was not emergency just lies and very unprofessional people

Warning: Hire at your own risk. I'm still dealing with their installation of a new hot water tank. Since last July!!!!
If they are the company your home warranty company sends, try to get another company. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Absolutely the best company ever they have the funniest and loyal employees ever I recommend this company to anyone!!! And thank you to them for saving us 1,000 as Others charge us a leg!!!

Our water heater went out and we had to shut down the water to our entire house. Our home warranty company scheduled an appointment for several days out. We called First Response and they scheduled us for the following day. Chase and his team came out and did a great job repairing everything that could be repaired to turn our water turned back on, and is ordering a new water heater for us. We knew exactly the cost in advance, and that was what they charged. Excellent work quality and best value for the price!

The services were great. We had to have a new toilet put in and Chase and his team were prompt, considerate and stuck to the amount agreed upon with no hidden fees. We will definitely use them again.

first responce was supposed to be here between 7 and 12 tech sent a message at 7:30 that he was on the way.never heard any ting back i called at 1:00 he finally showed up about 4:00 .i needed a new hot water heater .first responece put in all type of charges that i did not need myhome warranty company sent me a bill for 444.00 dollors do not deal with thes greaty contractors trying to make extra money off the costomer im done with first responce and choice warranty

I would give this company a minus zero if I could. They are TOTALLY unreliable! I think this company is just a man and his truck. I take that back. I think his wife answers the phone when she feels like it. They started my job and left it incomplete and would not return phone calls to me or my warranty company.

First Response? More like No Response.
I issued a ticket with our warranty company on Monday for plumbing repair. I can see online that First Response was dispatched. They did not Monday or Tuesday to make an appointment with me . I called the warranty company again and they called First Response while I was on the other line. We had a new appointment for 12-1 on Thursday. Hubby took time off work to be there. No one showed up or even called. I called once again and they rescheduled us for Saturday at 930am. I called at 10am, no answer. Texted him an hour later and the response was "van problems I call you later". It was 330 this afternoon I told them not to bother coming. We wasted a week waiting for them. Not even a courtesy call or apology. In the meantime we still have a leak!!
Don't bother!

They were assigned by my warranty company 2-10. Missed appointments lack of any communication when tech is running late, showing up at wtong time. Stay away if possible.
