I had a plumbing emergency Saturday night. I called First Response Plumbing and Joey was able to come to my home very quickly. He diagnosed the problem and the proper fix and worked extremely hard to solve the problem. He was at my home until nearly midnight to get the job done. Joey gave me a very fair price!! I will definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs. Thank you, Joey!

Super happy with my experience with First Response Plumbing and Remodeling. Contacted Joey and he was able to get someone out to me ASAP. They were punctual, polite, and went over and above to fix all of my plumbing needs. I had a busted sink, running/leaking toilet, and all my bathroom/kitchen drains drained super slow and I thought needed rodding. The plumber, Ronnie -- was exceptional. He was professional and worked quickly on all of our jobs. He didn't try to upsell us and was able to get my drains draining (without having to rod them -- which saved us a ton of money!) He replaced our leaking toilet. We had ordered the wrong sink, and he spent time helping us find the correct sink to order. He took the time to answer all of our questions and gave us some home maintenance tips to avoid service calls in the future. Very impressed with the service, price, and overall experience with First Response Plumbing and Remodeling. Will definitely use them again!

The painting that was done in my house is impeccable. Also had them white washed my brick fireplace, it looks amazing. Super super happy.

I'm giving one star because it will not allow zero!! I highly do NOT recommend this company. An agreement was made with Joey, the owner, in writing. He was donating drywall and installation & gave the cost of his plumber. I'm a disabled solo mom of 3 young children. He asked for $1k for deposit. The amount was promptly sent. He claimed he didn't receive it. It had been taken from my acct. He said he would contact his as well. 2 days later (& after a conversation with him about the work estimated to be done), I wrote a deposit via check for $2500. The $1k to be returned. After that point there were excuses of why a plumber couldn't return. He gutted my entire upstairs bathroom without my consent...tearing out a bath tub that was only supposed to be lifted, a vanity and 3 walls (that were completely unnecessary to take out.) He claimed there was mold under my subfloor. Claimed his carpenter was sick. He knew I was falling down my stairs getting to the only other toliet, 2 floors down. Yet just had excuses of why there at least wasn't a toliet reinstalled on the 2nd floor. When I had a different plumber come... only a small part of the subfloor needed replace. There was no mold, as Joey claimed. And it was confirmed there was no reason for the tub or vanity to be removed. The new plumber changed the subfloor, did all the plumbing, installed a toliet by himself within 3hrs.
To be fair when I added up the hours of the time spent and supplies (retail, not the super discount he claimed to buy things), First Response/Joey Malone OWES ME $2116 plus a tub and double vanity. He has denied zelle request to reverse at least the $1k. If you want to deal with a company who lies and steals, this would be it! Disgusting!

They came to the house and said they would need to replace all pipes. They has issues with Zelle so we wrote a check. The when the Zelle went through they claimed they didn't have it. I had to go to the bank and find out it was in a closed account. We wrote a check for even more than the Zelle. They said they would refund it and then said we owed more. They didn't come back for weeks. So we had to hire someone else who said there was NO REASON to gut the bathroom. They stole money and took advantage of a disabled single mother with 3 young kids and left her in an unlivable situation and never returned. They offered to do a lot of work for free and then tried to charge for what they said would be free. They are CRIMINALS. Avoid these guys if you actually want timely quality work and don't want to be stolen from. 0 stars isn't an option which is why they get one.
