My furnace went out and my friend referred Flo Pro to me. They came out and got my furnace turned back on within an hour and the price was very resonable . I highly recommend Flo Pro!

They only do services on Wednesdays in Santa Fe. We scheduled an appointment in one and half months. We waited the whole timeframe and no one should up until 20 minutes later. We had to leave for a doctors appointment right after the timeframe. We called 20 minutes before the end of the timeframe, to see if they're coming late. We called the office, no one answered, so we left a voicemail. The guy called me 20 minutes after and said they were outside. If they had my number, why didn't they call me to inform me they were running late. Don't get service here. Go somewhere else.

We arrived home after an extended trip, knowing we had a broken kitchen faucet. I made arrangements with D&J to do the install. Rachel, in the office, was very helpful in getting us a timely install. Isaiah called before he arrived. He was very professional and efficient in getting the job done. He did everything he could to ensure we were completely satisfied. I would have no hesitation to call D&J again for another job.

We were recommended from Lowes for the installation of a water softener system. The plumber showed up for the evaluation, spent 15 minutes whining that he was not provided 36 sq ft of work space by the builder of the new home, another 15 minutes arguing that there was not a recirculating line until we had to point it out to him, another 5 minutes arguing about a recirculating pump that was recommended by the home inspector, builder, warranty provider and another plumber. Not worth the time, we could only imagine the quality of work if we hired them if we had to argue issues out of our control for someone that whined their way out of money. We found another to do the work for same less money and no headache.

D & J picked up and installed a dishwasher I purchased from Lowes, and fixed a leaking bathtub pipe. I was called the day before to confirm the appointed. They called on the way to my appointment. Arrived on time. Were very courteous. Worked very efficiently. High quality work all the way around.

Had a water heater installed on March 15th, 2020 D&J is who Lowe's contracted.
Worst experience ever no response, has not passed inspection. Inspector was in disbelieve this was done by a supposedly licensed plumber, not to mention the water heater is leaning to one side and turns off everytime tenants use A/C. Today is June 13, 2020 and we're yet to get the problem resolved or a call back from D&J. Tenants have seeked a lawyer..Don't blame them this is their lives at risk as it is natural gas..so I say to anyone who needs a plumber this isn't a company I would recommend when its putting your families lives at risk!! I wouldn't even rate them a one star but Yelp requires it.
BEWARE!!

D & J recently installed my new stove, sink, faucet and dishwasher when I contracted through Lowe's to update my kitchen. Christine, the secretary, either answered the phone immediately or when I had to leave a voice mail returned my call promptly. She was also extremely helpful in dealing with the Lowe's coordinator. The crew was busy on another job the day my new cabinets were installed, so John, the owner, came to install my dishwasher. They're good people, a small business, and for anyone wanting to give their business to a locally-owned company, I highly recommend them.

Horrible experience! Had no choice with this as Lowe's picked the installer when I bought a dishwasher. The installer, Kris Chavez (from D&J) did the work. All looked fine when he left. I then proceeded to fill the dishwasher. While I was closing the door, I heard the sound of metal crunching. When I closed the door completely, the bottom metal sheet fell out. Looked like it had never been installed. Kris came out and immediately accused me of kicking in the plate. He claimed he never makes mistakes and refused to repair his damage. He became extremely angry and continued to yell that this was all my fault. There was clearly a problem with the install and D&J did nothing to fix the damage. I called them twice and they never returned my calls. I contacted Lowes and they will replace the plate, but I will not have this company (D&J) in my home. Lowes will have to find someone else to do the repair. Why is Lowes using such a horrible company to do their installs? And, why use an installer with obvious anger issues. I won't buy from Lowes again and I will NEVER use D&J. Horrible experience.

Very unhappy with the lack communication. I have my appt to get my hot water heater rescheduled twice by the company - not me. Still waiting for my hot water to be installed. Very frustrated.

Dealing with D & J has been a frustrating fiasco. Poor communication, two cancellations by them, and I am still waiting for them to do work!
I purchased a water heater and installation through the local Lowe's, and D & J is their plumbing contractor. D & J and I scheduled a water heater installation for Tues, Feb 19th to start sometime between 8am and 12 pm. We couldn't get them to narrow that window, so my wife cleared her whole day to be safe (I work during that day). The 19th rolls around and it snows a little. They call me saying they need to reschedule due to there being too much snow on the ground. All the snow on the roads melted and the roads were drying off when I talked to them at 1 pm. I told them to call my wife for any scheduling or other communication because I cannot be around my phone during the day due to my work. I gave them my wife's number, they call her, and they schedule for Fri Feb 22nd sometime between 3pm and 5pm (the earliest they could come out).
Today is the 22nd, I get off work at 3 pm to find my phone with some voicemails from D & J asking me when to come over that day to install the water heater. They talked to my wife and scheduled a specific time period a few days earlier. Confused, I call my wife. Nobody from D & J called her all day. I call the D & J office, phone rings then goes to voicemail. I leave a message asking to call me back. After 30 minutes (and no call back), I call again and get someone this time. The D & J person told me that they have to reschedule because nobody could get a hold of me. I said my wife should have been called, she says they don't have her number nor is there no note to call her instead of me (even though they did just that earlier in the week). Frustrated, I reschedule for ""first thing in the morning"" Mon Feb 24 (apparently a start between 8am-12pm is ""first thing in the morning"") and I tell the D & J person that I will take off work, stay at home and have my phone on me all day so there shouldn't be any issue with getting a hold of anyone for a water heater install! I then tell work I need to take off that day (and use vacation time) and reschedule my pets' vet appointment that was supposed to happen that afternoon.
Hopefully I will update this with a successful install of a water heater!
