There was water leaking from my water heater pipe. I contacted Chris (owner of First Rate Plumbing), and he came over in a timely manner. He was very professional. He examined the angles of my pipes, and made suggestion on how to fix the problem. In addition, he made another suggestion on how to prevent the problem from recurring.

He will explain each issue with detail, so you understand what needs or could be done. He really looks after your interest when it comes to cost - he does NOT inflate prices or the job. He will save you money!

I was amazed with his quotes, he has the best rates, and has delivered on each issue each time. Now when I need him, I don't even ask him for a quote, I just ask him to come down because I know he's going to be honest, he's going to figure out the problem - even when I think I know what it is, and he'll give me the best price & fix it. I am that comfortable with him, and I know if you use him, you will be too.

Here is a list of items he's fixed: Shower nozzle leak, Toilet issues (water valve lines, reseating with washer, etc), Water Heater pipe leaks, Garbage disposal replaced, and he will soon be adding a large water filtration system to the house.

If you could clone this plumber, the world of plumbing for homeowners, & businesses would be a better place. Seriously!

I can't say enough about the service I received from First Rate Plumbing. Chris the owner was amazing! I was told by another plumber that we needed to replace major parts on each of our toilets at our preschool. After doing a thorough inspection of each one, Chris decided that it was the water pressure regulator that needed to be changed and replaced. He saved me hundreds of dollars and was able to resolve the issue. He was very conscientious and flexible in terms of working after school hours to not disturb the normal routine at our school. I trust Chris and appreciate his honesty and the thorough work he did at my school. I will be calling Chris again if I have any other plumbing issues. Thanks again Chris!
