Mark M.The reason you see so few negative reviews is that they try to make customers sign NDA's to keep them from posting reviews, speaking with friends and family, or reporting the illegality of their business practices.
On top of always showing up late or not at all, and not installing our A/C up to code, they changed the price. They misrepresented themselves as licensed (illegal) and even skipped getting a permit (illegal in the state of Ohio). Not only that, but Joel Robertson told my wife that he couldn't speak to her and that he ""needed to speak with [her] husband.""
He refuses to respond to my phone calls or emails for a refund. It's been four months of struggle with these people. If you want more information, my email is [email protected]. I'm happy to give it.
