Our water was flowing in a river under the house, what the city of DeLand told us was 100,000 gallons per day, although I have since discovered it was about 10,000 gallons per day. 1st Quality was able to schedule me in the very next day, Zac called me when he was on his way and arrived within the 2 hour window the office had given me, saw the problem, and dug out the PVC pipe with the hole in it, replaced it and attached a new valve. He showed me the old pipe and explained how the hole probably was formed. He was extremely knowledgeable and competent. I would have given 5 stars except I had to call and ask for the invoice to be emailed to me, when Zac had said they would be sending it to my email. (I did just now receive the invoice showing the work that was done, so perhaps bump it up to 4 1/2 stars.)

I needed to have a plumber come install a new shower head with a hose.because my hubby is in a wheelchair he needs this to shower. Normally you can do this easy ,but the pipe threads had begun to rust and small amount of the pipe threads actually broke off making it impossible to attach a new shower head. So I called them they were out the next day put a new pipe on and installed the shower head .Yea I'm so old I got a Senior discount. Very sweet young man Rich V. had the job done no mess, so neat,great manners, and personable. . Honest fast kind service

We had First Quality plumbing come out to install a shower/tub faucet and fix a leak where my husband tried to put it in first. We had someone meet them at the house because we were working. We get home and it's leaking. You can hear the leak in the video I sent them. They want 190 to come out and fix it when they should have fixed it earlier. I don't get it. How could they leave out that way?! My husband has very poor eyesight which is why we had tho call them out. I'm so disappointed in their service. Don't use them.

I phoned on Wednesday afternoon, they arrived (a little early!) on Thursday in the morning and were finished with our stopped up pipes within 45 minutes. They are great!! Dominic was very nice and knew what he was doing. I will keep his card in my office to call them again if we have any other issues. Great find!!

I had my house built back in mid-2018 (under 3 years from when I am writing this now) and all my plumbing was completed by this group. THANKFULLY the first year was under warranty because a whole pipe burst internally in one of my walls that required some serious repairs. On top of that, my sinks were not flowing or draining properly, toilets needed to be re-laid, and my shower rain head started leaking into my ceiling, which they had to all come fix. But what really lead me to this review was my garage disposal which was the straw that broke the camels back. Part of their mistake was leaving their magnet/sticker on it as a clever marking ploy/reminder but they will now be remembered for all the wrong reasons. I have all my cleaning supplies and junky towels under my sink so didn't even notice it was slowly dripping, likely for years on the back of the unit. As soon as I caught it I immediately called the number listed on a Sunday. The lady told me if it wasn't an emergency that day, they would call me back the next day. Days go by. Nothing. That Friday I called back again and expressed my concerns and a new guy told me I needed to contact the Orlando office as the number on the disposal was their generic line. I called and left two message, yet no call back. At that point I just had to go to their competitor because I couldn't wait. Once they arrived they pointed out the disposal only had 1(of 3!!!) screws installed and was barely holding it against the sink so that was the reason it was dripping and by this point, the water already corroded the entire top that was slightly hanging lower so I even had to replace the disposal. Having to replace this under 3 years is embarrassing. I'm no expert but this has to be one of the more easier looking plumbing jobs and they couldn't even get it right. I would never use or recommend this company and they should think about renaming themselves Last Quality Plumbing.

Warning!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Called to have them come out and finished replacing the shower manifold , that i tried to do myself , and the scheduling department was very helpful and advised us that they would send someone out as soon as possible to finish this up for me. This is when they sent out a tech that finished putting the trim on the shower parts and making it look nice , but he could not see the leak that was flowing on and into my bathroom closet. I am blind and I could see the leak and what really pissed me off the most is that I could hear the leak. This guy was in a few inches of the leak and did nothing to fix it and he calls himself a plumber. Moron When we called to have them fix the issue, Shaun , the ever so delightful contact person told us that this was not on the repair ticket and that if we wanted them to fix the leak that we called about first time, that it would cost and additional 190.00 to start , you know the old emergency fee, for there wonderful services. They SUCK find a different plumber if you need one

We've used them 3 previous times then this last time, their prices were OUTRAGEOUS. The person they sent out said their prices change month-to-month because """"no one wants to be a plumber anymore."""" Only call this company if you want to be charged a substantially higher price for the work you need done. They wanted $475 for work we paid $300 for another plumber to do the next day.

Charged $330 to replace kitchen faucet! They did put on new water shut off on hot/cold water lines, but $330 was nothing less than ripping off your customers! I expected $200-225 fair pricing for an hours work, but 330.? Never again first quality, you lost a customer!

Very unfortunate. Sent new plumbers to my home with little experience while charging top price. Not only did not finish but wanted to charge extra for work which should have been done by an experience plumber. So difficult to find plumbers in this area and now I have to find someone else to finish the work they started. Very poor customer service by owner.

Have no idea why anyone would write a bad review on this company and I am sorry they had a bad experience. Had such an awesome experience from start to finish with Kristie (Christie) on the day home and Rob my plumber on two separate jobs. Honest and very reasonable. As a single mom, I appreciate both quality and value. Absolutely will call on them again! My cousin recommended them and had her entire house plumbing done and my cousin steered me in the right direction. So grateful!
