We had First Quality come by this morning to help install a new garbage disposal in our sink. In addition to doing so, they also helped us to identify -- and repair -- an issue in the water valve for our house. We realize that if they hadn't fixed this, we might have had a flood within a short time. The most amazing part was that they did not add any additional charges for this service. I was incredibly grateful for their diligence in this work, and would absolutely hire them again for additional plumbing needs. I was surprised to see no reviews for this organization, so am happy to note that they were outstanding for us. Thank you Bill and crew.

I contacted them May 7 and within less than 24 hours I got a call back an estimated cost and arrival time for the next day and on May 8th George arrived early fixed BOTH toilets for less thank half of what another """"well known"""" big company wanted """"just to look and see"""". If I could give them 20 stars I would! George was SUPER professional, courteous, honest, prompt I could go on and on. But if I EVER need any type of plumbing they will be my first and only call. I could not be happier. They are GREAT!

Rick came out and helped me with the shower drain issue and showed me a bunch of other stuff to do monthly to keep the water heater and AC unit running smoothly. Very nice guy, professional and helpful. He's the person you want to help you out when you have a plumbing issue. I never write reviews but it was such a positive experience I need to tell others.

Worker arrived without a mask and was not knowledgeable of how to fix my water heater but still charged me a service fee for showing up and attempting to call customer service in order to receive assistance/help in trouble shooting the hybrid water heater. Waisted my time and money.
