If this company's customer service person is the face of this company RUN don't walk away from this place! Rudest person and accused ME of being rude because my appointment was scheduled 10-2:00 and the confirmation said 9-1:00! After 1:00 I called and my plumber (who's innocent in all this) was tied up on another job! No communication and they're based out of Arizona. She actually yelled at me and I hung up- she subsequently canceled my appointment.

phone at their office rang for 23 minutes before I hung up. called back a half hour later rang for 18 minutes I hung up.. waited from 10-2 for a service call i had since Thursday... shows up at 2:45 rude, must of had a lot of angry customers.. I don't recommend this place or their rude service people to anyone..

Very very bad service. Tech broke the valves and blamed it on the owner. I complained to FAHW but it sounded like they sided with the contractor instead of the home owner.

this company is the worst. i had a leak in the master bathroom ceiling. the technician came and made a hole in the ceiling. found the leak and said i have to call your insurance company to see if its covered. i told them it was because when i called my warranty company they verified. he said (curtis) well i have to call. i received a email i about 1 hour and guess what!! everything was approved. but then i saw something that wasnt approved, something called ""modifications"". what in the world is modifications? i called my insurance company and they didnt know what it was either. they called the company and they said the whole are needs repairs. now i dont know much of plumbing but i see that its leaking from elbow and line. so they charging me $155 to repair. meanwhile, 4 days have passed, pipes still leaking and the mess curtis left in the bathroom was horrible. i had to clean up everything. i put a bag and bucket were it was dripping. and yes, i called the morning curtis is to come back to let them know if he can bring items to put down on floor. nicole answered and when i asked if they are trained to leave everything dirty, she said she was only dispatcher and will let technician know. very bad services. will let warranty company never to use this company again. using capital letters because i'm so frustrated!!!! beware of this incompetent company!!!

These people should not have a business license. I'd be shocked if they do. Unreliable, rude, scammers. First American home Warranty should be ashamed for contracting these scam artists. Something as simple as replacing a water heater in winter is going on 9 days and they don't answer their phone during business hours. Getting First American to change this plumbing company is a whole other story. Run as fast as you can from these people.

My negative experiences with First Plumbing Services fully aligns with all who have also submitted a review, regarding the unprofessional office manager (Lindsey), issues with their rendered services, lack of response time in addressing a claim, and high prices for modifications that are not covered by a home warranty. If I could leave a negative rating I would do so. Lindsey(office manager First Plumbing Services ) is extremely unprofessional, rude, condescending and disrespectful. She is always on the defensive from the moment you say hello. She will not allow you to speak or voice any concerns or respectful dialogue. The conversation results in a monologue with Lindsey at the helm and who will continually speak over you, deny any responsibility for there shortcomings and will eliminate any possibility for resolution. She immediately launches into a diatribe. She is extremely vitriolic and should not be the first or last person that a consumer should have to ever speak to. It is evident, based on all the previous reviews, that this individual should not be working in the customer service industry, let alone given the title of ""Office Manager"". I paid $1100 for modifications to install a new hot water tank which was very pricey. I was without heat and hot water during the winter months and it took almost two weeks for First Plumbing Service to schedule the appointment and pick up the new tank. Once installed, the new hot water tank started leaking approximately 10 days after install and now I'm also without any heat. They deferred me to a hydronic specialist for the heating problem. My heating system was working before they installed the new hot water tank. It took 5 days once the leak was detected in my newly installed hot water tank to reach someone in the their office. I was scheduled to have a new technician come out to reevaluate the tank. I waited two additional days for the technician and scheduled time off to be available and the technician never showed up to resolve the issue. I received a text from First Plumbing Services that provides gps tracking of the location of the technician when they are in there way. The gps didn't show that the technician ever arrived to my home. I will be reviewing video footage to verify if the technician ever arrived and if so, how long he waited or if there was any attempt made. I later received another text from First Plumbing Services indicating that my job was placed on hold. I called the office and Lindsey answered. She immediately spoke over me not allowing me to ask her what happened to my appointment and launched into a diatribe of false and misleading information as to why the service request wasn't completed. When asked, she indicated she wouldn't be sending a technician back to my home. I called my home warranty company (First American Home Warranty). I spoke to a claim resolution specialist and later a supervisor. I shared my experiences. The claim resolution specialist attempted to call Lindsey and after several attempts and different phone numbers she was unable to each her or anyone in the office. She needed to confirm when and if the technician would be returning again in two days which her system showed. The claim specialist said that her records indicated that there were discrepancies in my scheduled appointment with First plumbing services that required clarification. She left a message for Lindsey to return her call. Consumers should never be subjected to unprofessional and vitriolic behavior by anyone let alone when you have paid a fee for services. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC, the BBB and with my local consumer protection office and the state agency that regulates First Plumbing Services. Furthermore, I will continue working with the home warranty company to ensure that they no longer do business with them so consumers are no longer subjected to unprofessional business practices in the future. Thankfully, my home warranty company assigned a new plumbing company to address the problem.

Most AWFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL service in trying to schedule for backed up toilet unable to use. Unfortunately the tenant management company uses a Home Warranty and this company to send out without a choice . ""First Plumbing Services"" After many calls, the first sound is weird cryptic music without any message, greeting or name of company. No one picks up.. After 5 calls the women answered already rude with bad attitude, states the next appt for backed up toilet is six days from now. Yes, I was upset, said this is an emergency, not to be able to use a toilet for over a week.. I told her schedule first appt then, i'm complaining to mgmt to get another Plumber, as this was a emergency. . She HUNG UP on me. Called back a second time, the Manager, said we are ""NOT GOING TO SERVICE YOU"". She was scolding me, a lengthy condescending unnecessary diatribe nasty foul narrative, furthering making the situation WORSE ON PURPOSE. These girls are F- substandard, deficient in any customer training skills, scolding me, then hanging up to get rid of having to schedule another service call. This company is GROSSLY OVERLOADED with service calls they CAN'T HANDLE. Far TOO UNDERSTAFFED to professionally service Home Warranty work. . Do NOT buy a Home Warranty, this Plumbing company is NOT interested in servicing at low rates reimbursements . Employees just rudely HANG UP ON THE CALLER due to inability, unable to deliver reasonable service, taking one week.. F- This rouge 3rd rate (1) One Star Rated Review company is unbelievable low quality not fit to interact with the public. They can't get a worse rating, but should have a ZERO
