Jason was excellent in figuring out how our water purifier system works to ascertain the problem with the ice maker in our fridge. The identified problem is a lack of pressure from the purified water hold tank to the ice maker. He recommended a pump to increase the pressure to the fridge from the purifier.
Jason was very experienced in understanding the system and explaining how it worked and what the solution was. He took his time and asked if we had any questions until we were comfortable. His service was great and he was not interested in overcharging for any services we didn't need which is rare with contractors, especially plumber. I was very satisfied with the service and trust him so that would use him again for our plumbing needs going forward.
I was sent this company by my home warranty company the plumber diagnosed my problem as a restriction in a fresh water valve and got my claim denied. I called to see if I could get a written diagnosis for me and a quote to remedy problem . They never got back to me at all with a quote. I hired an outside plumber to come immediately who replaced my faucets that were covered in my contract he showed me where there was no restriction but malfunction in faucet stems. I paid out of pocket and problem was fixed immediately. I would give this company lower than 1 star if I could very bad customer service.

We don't see professionals so knowledgeable and dedicated often enough anymore! I really appreciated the customer service!

I am so exhausted from dealing with them. The receptionist is extremely rude, unprofessional, will change your appointment times without telling you. Will tell you to 'stop talking' when you are trying to ask an important question. I had to reschedule work twice, once without my knowledge because the appointment was changed.
Technician is rude, refuses to stop and look at a leak for more than 20 seconds. Told me there was no leak when guess what - he leaves and there it is. Right there, a little puddle under the pipe. But he didn't have patience to stop and wait and was really rude and then didn't offer a solution to me when I asked for one. Extremely snarky, smug, mocking, rude. I'm not joking.
Jason just came out, turned the shower on, took my showerhead off, said everything looked to standard, and left. I called for a tankless water heater and all he did was say we dont cover that for anything that I called for, but he'll certainly charge me to do it. Why did he come here? No idea. Wont ever use this joke of a company ever again. Yes, this is another home warranty issue like most people on here. It has become a waste of time, money, and effort to have these scammers around. I called and checked on my contract and will be canceling as soon as its up. DO NOT FALL FOR HOME WARRANTIES! THEY ARE A SCAM!
the dispatcher i so rude i ask her about the status of my claim she keep screaming at me to me i don t understand an i told her i have home warty with first american and she answer every body has home warranty and she told me i don t want your service and hang the phone . i call my home warranty and file claim and is going to find another company

This vendor actually fabricated a response to them that was untrue which I assume is illegal.
I feel so stupid for buying a home warranty at this point. I've spent more time trying to get my deductible refunded than it took for someone else to actually come and fix the issue.
I am not surprised you people only have 1/12 stars , you really suck . Maybe you should listen to what the customers are saying about your technicians . Total scammers! There is a reason you don't have any stars !!! I'm certainly not going to give you any !!!
Brieya S.Jason is an apathetic Darren when it comes to disabled folks, especially an estate manager at the end of her 2 year pummeling of her parents' hoard of papers and tourist trinkets from their time overseas in the military.
Jason took pictures of my kitchen to use to discredit me, of all things of the dishes I could not wash due to no main water to run the dishwasher. I have damaged hands of 29 years, and I have epilepsy. My kitchen set up and personal care relies heavily on working washer and dishwasher. I have been a customer with FAH since 2017 when my father moved into this manufactured home. Without water for the past 16 days, the dishwasher was unusable, hence all dishes not being in that cesspool of a set up since there is no pressure to keep it out of the machine. Of course it was in the laundry basket!
There were only 2 pictures of under the bathroom sink, nothing with the underside of the house. When I inquired 'what is broken' - What do you mean - was his standard answer. What is wrong with the sink system? - What do you mean? What kind of repairs are we looking at? His goto line - What do you mean?
Nothing was written up, and he acted like he had no time for me and I was simply an offense for existing. Never mind he left me without any way to turn on the main line to get those 'offending dishes' out of the way!
Come to find out, besides shaming me on paperwork about my home, he said the only way to fix the broken line to the bathroom sink was to do a full house rehaul on the plumbing. So yes, FAH wants nothing to do with me now. Nevermind how they fixed the toilet, the mainline, the dishwasher, and washer in the last two years, never having an issue with the plumbing before then. A house I told him I'm selling in two months. A house which will be REMOVED from the complex. He did this intentionally with malice.
People like him violate basic human and disability rights to be treated humanely and with respect. He is not a trained professional in dealing with hoarding disorders, disabled people, and what estate managers have to deal with when inheriting a nightmare like my parents' left me. He is judgmental and insensitive, even acting righteous while seeming to insist we recognize he's a gift from God for even showing up. True Darren, a huge child when it comes to any concept of having manners. He's prejudgemental to the core.
I come from a family of military, blue collar, rough necks, and farmers. I'm a retired culinary artist and CNA due to my disabilities. My father spent 24 years in the military, and my folks collected a lot of stuff. I have burned through 3 shredders, I am well known at Good Will due to all the donations I have done in the past 2 years. I've been working hard when my body permits, and I'm winning.
Leave it to this guy to see me at the final stretch and trip me up, thinking he's justified and some kind of national hero for attacking a disabled Army Brat. A daughter, the last of her family, who spent 12 years trying to work through to her parents and their mental issues which causes hoarding and the inability to let things go.
Aside from reporting both my insurance this this company? All I can hope is the Universe puts him in his version of my shoes and is stuck with it for twice the amount of time. I did it for 12 years, 24/7, no help, no days off. I've done it with physical limitations and epilepsy. He's got all his wits about him. But I guess what they say is true, it isn't about how much wits one has, but what they do with what they've got.
And if this company is mad at me for this review? Guess what? I'm working with the Health Dept. and other services, I've got it all written down, documented. I have been since the beginning. I have photo records of the changes and progress with my hard work. I have doctor reports about my condition and Federal documents. I'm not some schlep living in a manufactured home community who doesn't know the rules. I'm an Army Brat, daughter of a military investigator who went toe to toe with the enemies of the USA through IT and more. I have my receipts before Jason ever showed up.
P.A. D.I have been with FIRST AMERICAN HOME WARRANTY for 12 years and NEVER have had a problem until today. CUSTOMER SERVICE screamed at me on the phone threatening me to have my contract cancelled. I can confirm that this company should not even get ONE STAR. I have never written a negative review for ANY company until today.
