Horrible customer Service !!
Couldn't get pass the horrible attitudes and rude service by the woman scheduling and initial contact....IF she is First Plumbing Services representation then I wish them lots of luck for getting pass a One star rating !

When it's that bad starting off w/ such unprofessional, rude and arrogant representation... why would you want to use their services ??!!

Like so many people on here I had a horrible experience with First Plumbing. They were assigned to me through First American Home Warranty--but nearly a week passed and I never heard from them even after leaving a message. When I finally got ahold of the woman who answered the phone (Lindsay) I was understandably upset--but instead of apologizing Lindsay turned it around on me saying my non-functioning toilet wasn't an ""emergency"" because I had ""another one."" Thanks to the reviewers on here I immediately called First American back and demanded they assign me a new plumber, which to their credit, they did. My question is with so many bad reviews of this company why is First American (or any else) still doing business with them?

American First Home warranty sent First Plumbing to provide an estimate to replace the hot water heater. 12 days later in the middle of winter here in Las Vegas they scheduled the replacement and $740 in non covered charged by home warranty. Neither the home warranty nor First Plumbing would give me an itemized breakdown of the charges in writing. They both said the other company had to provide the information. When I asked for the supervisor of First Plumbing the extremely rude young woman said she was going to cancel my appointment then hung up on me when I request to remain on hold for the supervisor. The home warranty company representative refused to let me speak with a supervisor. What a nightmare this entire experience is with both companies!!!
I would NEVER recommend either company to anyone.

The worst company out there! Had to use them for home warranty. When they showed up to complete the work they asked for $580 and refused to give us a receipt or an estimate for what was included in the $580. We sent them away. I will go without a water heater rather than pay a scam artist like First Plumbing Services. STAY AWAY!!!

Literally the worst plumbing company in las vegas! STAY AWAY!!! The owners/ customer support are scam artists. If your home warranty assigns them ask to switch immediately! Tried to charge me $700 on top of what the warranty was paying saying it needs modifications but couldn't tell me what. Owner is a karen scam artist!! Stay away!!!

I actually had a solid experience with this company. They were dispatched through First American Home Warranty for a water heater leak that happened on the Saturday before Thanksgiving, and though they couldn't come out that day, no one else could (at least that's the message I was getting from the home warranty).

They were able to install my water heater before the Thanksgiving holiday, thanks in part to the plumber calling in the initial diagnosis within an hour of coming out (in my experience, some companies will wait until day's end to call the warranty or give up if the wait time is long). They were professional, made sure to lay down cardboard to avoid making messes, and the water heater was installed without issue or damage, and they also came earlier than scheduled. They called ahead, too, which is something most companies won't do. I also want to give a shoutout to the front office staff. They worked with me to get an install in before the holiday.

Paying non-covered costs wasn't fun, but again, through home warranty experience, I know water heater installs are rarely free. All in all, it was a good first time working with them.

They work for first American Home Warranty . They are trash, whatever you do refuse to have them in your home or as the company assigned o service your claim as they don't like to do anything at all. Had them last year same issues w them they actually started the job and never finished claim them they have what they need in the truck . ex - basic bathroom sink stopper ... really you don't carry that in a big truck this is basic plumbing stuff ? ... they don't replace a broken GD for 2 years in a row if they cant unjam it they say oh you had some apple seeds in it .. duh yah is a Garbage disposer if you start putting something in it and then the GD doesn't start then it will be in there .. you'd think he'd say of there is a fork or some unusual foreign thing stuck but apple seeds ... embarrassing . After this unprofessional plumber left I stayed and unjammed it myself. However the unit is failing and smells like smoke and also a small leak under ,this dude refused to even check the bathroom sink that they left last year undone without the stopper.. I explained to him that last time I had the same company ( different tech ) that never finished the job .. the customer service is rude on the phone even before you set the appointment.

If I could give them a 0, I would. The person who answers the phone is rude and unprofessional. The plumber came out and claimed to have fixed the leak for $155 in 20 minutes and called me to tell me that he fixed the leak. The restoration company came out the next morning and found it still leaking. They made it so difficult to give me a refund, that I told them to keep the money, but you will get a very bad review. I don't think they care....like they don't care about their customers and professionalism. Worst plumbing company ever!!

First American home warranty schedules them for water pressure in the toilet.... They didn't think out of the box of what was causing that issues... disconnected the water pipe to the toilet and saw there was no pressure and automatically assumed something was stuck I. The pipes that was causing that... we had to hire an outside company from the warranty company to get the issue solved... the pressure regulator that was connected to the toilet and the fire sprinkler system was bad... once that was fixed pressure was great... Ideal services technicians are just sales man... they were trying to push to get a filter system installed by the water softener assuming debris in the pipes was the issue... I called to complain and the manager said that the work order didn't say to look at the pressure regulator so it's my fault... well honey if I could diagnose the problem... won't be hiring the plumbing professional but fixing it myself ... isn't it the plumbers job to diagnoses the problem...

Are you kidding you told the homeowner he broke the brass stem on the mown shower valve. After 23 years it's more than reasonable that it snapped. Why do you lie to people is it just to get out of work. Heck the part is free from Moen .
