Very very happy with First Option Plumbing! After the gas company determined we had a gas leak, our gas shut off late in the evening. I called Bert and he was at my house within an hour. That evening he located where the leak was, and in a day and a half, my gas line was replaced and the gas company was out to restore our services. I'm very grateful, this was truly the best and most professional service I could've experienced.

First Option Plumbing provides outstanding service every time. We had multiple in the wall leaks and a slab leak at our last house. Bert and his team completely repiped the entire house with PEX piping. They arrived and finished on time. Very respectful of our home. Covered all furniture and wore booties. Unfortunately we moved and had a slab leak at the new property. We called Bert in the morning and he was there that afternoon to cut and cap it so we can have water in the house. He came back two days later and installed PEX again. Thanks Bert! Great job. I highly recommend First Option Plumbing and I usually don't write reviews.

Bert runs a class act business. Highly recommend this plumber. Came home to find out wet bar had a pinhole leak in the copper pipe. After calling other plumbers, they either wanted to schedule for the next morning or tried to tell me over the phone that I would require repiping without even seeing the project. The floors and carpet were wet so I wasn't going to wait for the morning. As soon as I called, Bert was an hour away but said he'd be there to work on it. He showed up at 8pm and got a very difficult job accomplished, and reasonable pricing for that time of night. He saved the day.

Wonderful, professional service! This past week I needed several plumbing issues taken care of and I knew I could count on First Option for a quality job at a fair price. They removed a broken water softener and re-seated two toilets, repairing the flange on one of the toilets. Their prices are reasonable and I can always count on them for a quality job well done

This is a really good crew here. Jesus, Edgar and Victor were very polite, considerate with a can do attitude. I had a major problem with water accumulating in my backyard and after 3 estimates these guys though were not the cheapest, but Jesus seemed to know what he was talking about and I felt that he was an honest guy. After 3 days of hard work they finished the french pipes, installed a sump pit and pump, as well as replaced all surface drains. They also changed the main water pressure regulator. They worked literally under the rain to finish the job and kept their promise.
The owner Bert showed up daily to make sure everything is being done right...I will definitely use this company again. Thanks again!
