Bert was great! We discovered a big water leak on a Sunday morning and needed someone to come out ASAP. Not many places are open on Sundays. (I tried calling another locally owned, highly-rated 24hr plumbing company who didn't even return my call.) Bert was there in less than 2 hours. He had to figure out the complicated plumbing in the unit, shared walls of a multi-unit, multi-level condo, etc. He had the pipe isolated and capped within a couple hours. He was professional and cleaned up after himself. We would definitely hire Bert and First Option Plumbing again!

We sprung a leak at 6pm on a Wednesday night and I found First Option plumbing on Yelp. They came out in less than 20 minutes to plug the leak while a new part was ordered. They did a great job on the repair at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them.

I never post reviews so this is a testament to the service I received from First Option Plumbing today. I noticed a leak from the base of my toilet this Sunday morning. Bert quoted me a fair price for a weekend call and arrived at the beginning of the one hour time window he quoted (imagine that). Bert handled the problem quickly and explained what was going on with the leak. He left the area just as clean as when he arrived. I am very happy and appreciative of the service I received today.

Our shower valve broke on a Saturday night. Called at 8a.m. on Sunday morning and we had the water back on by 10:00 a.m. Very professional. Will definately use again.

Hands down the best plumbing service out there!!! This is the 2nd time I have worked with First Option and once again I was blown away with the excellent service and prompt response from First Option. Both of my situations were last minute borderline emergency situations. I got the run around from several other contractors/plumbers. First Option came out and looked at my problem right away and amazingly they took care of it the same day. I had an outdoor leak under a sports court that nobody could help me with. I had a handyman, a gardener, a ""leek detection"" specialist all come out to help, and nobody could fix the issue.
