Contacted First Option online, after hours when our 25+ year old kitchen sink faucet began to leak. Bert responded right away saying he would come by 1st thing in the morning, 7:30. Showed up on time, managed to get into the tight space behind a farm sink, found the leaking connection. Intending to replace the failed connector, he went to the part store only to find it was $100 ! We opted to get a new faucet, which he picked up. He returned to our house a couple hours later, after attending to his scheduled appointment and installed the new faucet. The cabinet under the sink was clean, orderly and the faucet looks good and functions great. This is our second experience with First Option. We appreciate their quick response time, ability to resolve the problems, great interface. They are the ""First Option"" on our list for new and repair work.

I contacted First Option Plumbing to diagnose and fix a bad leak I was having. Bert responded right away via phone/text and was able to send Armando to my house first thing in the morning. Armando was on time, diagnosed the issue immediately, and expertly performed the necessary repairs. He was very courteous and responsive to all my questions. No doubt I will use First Option Plumbing again.

I had a clogged shower drain and needed maintenance on my water heater that has been knocking. I spoke with Bert and was first asked if they are just looking at it or doing the job. I asked what it would roughly cost and was told he'd have it scheduled to check it out. The day of the guys arrived earlier than expected with no phone call prior. Quite irritating but let it go, I asked if they were going to look at it first then give me a quote and said no were here to do the job. Umm ok, and how much?? $300.00. Seemed quite high to me but they were here and I needed it fixed and was done with this knocking issue. The same night I took a shower and within 30 seconds the water was rising again and the water heater was knocking. I called the next morning to have someone back out and asked about the water heater which I was then told the knocking won't go away because of calcium deposits built up and the nozzle on there is to small to drain out. What? Basically they where done with it.
They came again to fix the clogging and took a picture of the water heater for when a replacement is needed. To me this was a waste of time and money. Very unsatisfied.

Bert was very responsive with an urgent plumbing issue. Armando arrived the next day. We have paid thousands to investigate a reoccurring leak that no one could find the source of. Within 10 minutes Armando recreated a few scenarios that showed water leaking. Fast, friendly, and knowledgable. Will use them again every time and refer to friends. Do not even waste your time calling anyone else. Thanks Bert and Armando for putting a 2 month headache to rest!!

I found First Option Plumbing on Yelp and spoke with Bert regarding rerouting pipes for water filter install at my parents' home. Bert was extremely professional and understood the job. I was able to exchange pictures of what needed to be done and agree on price time. His crew Armando, Jesus, and John arrived promptly and finished the work as planned. Last week 1/21/2022 there was water dripping from my kitchen ceiling which created a bubble at another site. The water was from bathroom upstairs But its floor was dry. it was Friday past 4:40PM. I called First Option after I read all good reviews, Bert answered my call. He did not have Resources untill next Tuesday. But after hearing me he tried his best to find people to work on the issue . Bert is so nice that I really appreciate.

jesus came after 5PM, he is so patient and nice, find it was O ring loose and main blockage that caused leaking down to ceiling. He used snake cleared the blockage, and finished at 8 PM. The cost was reasonable. after a week the condition has been good.

This was an emergency and Bert really kindly helped me. Jesus worked hard and with knowledge. They deserve 5 star and this is a great plumber I will use next time.

I would highly recommend First Option Plumbing. I had a new washer delivered and Home Depot wouldn't install it at that time because the water spigots were corroded. I called and Bert talked with me right away and was willing to work with me on when to come out. When George and Thomas came out, they were super nice and completed the job quickly and professionally. Everything worked great and they were the least expensive of the several quotes I got. I would highly recommend them! They are our new plumbers now, for sure!

First Option Plumbing was able to send out a plumber the same day I called to fix my plumbing and avoid a potential disaster. They sent someone out in less than two hours and were able to fix everything in less than 2 hours! I am so thankful they were able to help me out the same day because if I had waited any more time it could been a plumbing disaster that would have cost so much more money.

Bert and his team are the best! We had a pretty big project with replacing our entire plumbing in the house. Bert was super helpful and answered all of our questions and his whole team always made sure everything was done well! They always made sure to clean up before leaving and everything was done extremely well! Will be referring to all our friends and family and would recommend to anyone.
