First Class Water Heaters

I would not use First Class Water Heaters again. They came to my home through my Old Republic Home Protection policy and failed to correct the issues, left a mess in my home and later claimed I did not pay the Trade Call Fee which was paid in the same day they arrived at my home. Charge me to pull the toilet to snake the line because they couldn't find the clean out and failed to reinstall the toilet correctly. Very disappointing.

Update: I received a call from Carl at First Class Water Heaters. I appreciate that he seemed to want improve the situation. He did refund the costs of pulling the toilet. Thank you for listening to my feedback and trying to make the situation ride.

Burner on water heater went out. Zenus Walter come out to the house after hours and diagnosed the issue right away. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Zenus come back the next day and fixed the issue in about 30 min. There was a small smell of gas lingering so Zenus returned the following day and found a small leak that he quickly fixed. I would highly recommend Zenus!

After calling many others in my area, finally got in touch with First Class Water Heaters at 9:30am this morning, and they said someone would be here between 10:30 - 12:30. Francisco showed up at 10:30, quickly diagnosed the issue as being the thermocouple, quoted the cost, replaced it, settled the bill and was out by 11:00am. By 11:30am, I had hot water again!!! :-).

I was told by others they were too busy for same day, that I needed to replace the entire water heater without diagnosing the issue first. Or, that they would charge $400 to repair IF they had the parts, which they said they couldn't guarantee given the age of the water heater. I didn't get any of that nonsense from FCWH, they were quick, honest, and price was fair...I actually would have felt guilty paying any less. I have saved their number in my contact list for future plumbing needs. These guys are great, highly recommend giving them a shout.

I had a beyond wonderful experience with first class water heaters. Zenus Walter came to do our installation and was kind helpful and compassionate as well as extremely professional. My water heater started leaking in the middle of the night and I used my home insurance to have it covered. Zenus went out of his way to make sure I got the best price available.
The water heater that needed to be taken out was extremely difficult to take out. Normally water heaters take no more than 60 to 90 minutes to take out. However the one that I had was really really clogged and would not drain therefore making it really difficult to take out. Zenus spent his entire day figuring out how to drain this and would not give up until it was out.
I was blown away by his dedication and determination.
Also, my kids were watching his work and he was so patient and kind with them and letting them get in and see the water heater see his tools. On top of a very difficult job he remained kind and calm and helpful.
I would highly recommend First class water heaters and if you do use them you should request zenus to be your installer.

Viktor and Dave did an amazing job installing my new Rinnai RUR 199 tankless water heater. They did a fast professional and thorough job. When they left the area was cleaner than before. They tested each faucet and made adjustment as necessary. I am very impressed and pleased with the job that they did. I highly recommend First Class Water Heaters.

Quick and reasonably priced water heaters! Zenus, the technician was great. Really helped me out with price which was the biggest concern for me. It's never fun having to spend money. But obviously my water heater was important.

On Wednesday morning I noticed I had no hot running water in my home. I called my home warranty company that day at 8:30 AM to expedite the repair of my hot water heater. They put out a blast to their vendors to see who could help me ASAP. Well...First Class Water Heaters responded within an hour to tell me they would be at my home within 1-3 hours. Unbelievably great customer service. Enrique was at my home by noon and told me I needed a new water heater because the pilot light wasn't working and the tank was contaminated from corrosion. I received a call back with an estimate from First Class 30 minutes after Enrique left my home. Then I received approval from my home warranty company for a new water heater. Enrique and First Class called again to set an appointment for them to install a new water heater. The next day Enrique was at my home at the stated time and did a great installation! I couldn't believe I had hot running water by 11:30AM the very next day!! Enrique was awesome!!! He was very professional, friendly, knowledgable about the product....patiently helped me understand how the new water heater operates!! Thank you again

I trusted the 1st Class technicians to use the most appropriate and cost effective ways to clear a stoppage. A number of months later, they did not clear the stoppage properly and I had to call another service. Rather than snaking the pipe, they decided to cut the pipe to clear the stoppage. That was expensive and unnecessary. It's unbelievable they took advantage of me and situation, and clearly capitalized on my inexperience. Do not trust these guys as nice as they are. Something that was a simple snake job cost me several hundreds of dollars. Those two technicians should be ashamed of themselves. What a couple of opportunists. Buyer be definitely aware.

Jayme was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with our water heater and shower cartridges and most importantly, got everything fixed!
