eli and luis just left. i was confused about why i had cloudy hot water and eli patiently explained to me what happens. so, i'm here lauding them again. i have difficulty understanding things being told to me so eli took his time and understood everything he was saying. thank you eli and luis!

my home warranty company suggested first class water heaters and i'm grateful.

can't say enough about how wonderful eli and luis were in explaining everything to me so that i understood. besides being very sweet people, they're fast and efficient. the new water heater is installed and i'm a happy camper. thank you...eli and luis!

We submitted a claim through our home owners insurance to get a leak fixed. The tech, Charles, who came out to look at it didn't even ask where the leak was and told us he would order this certain type of piping for the house. And suggested we just repipe our entire house instead of repairing the leak which he quoted would be around $3,000-$10,000. A week goes by, mind you WE CANT USE OUR WATER AT ALL in our house and we were patiently waiting on them to fix the leak. Then we find out from our home owners insurance that Charles canceled our claim and we had to start over with a new company. He never returned my messages and canceled our claim. A different plumbing company came out and found the leak, turns out the type of piping Charles claimed he ordered isn't even what we have in our house. After thinking it over, we realized he didn't even look at our pipes!! What a waste of time.
These people will scam you.

I cannot overstate grateful I was when Mr. Herrera completed plumbing service at my property! He arrived 15 minutes into the window I was given for a technician to arrive which impressed and reassured me. He also walked me through what he was doing and what he discovered. Lastly he spent time on the phone with my insurance taking extra time to explain the situation so that I was not overcharged and so I knew what to expect in the future. My Rinnai tankless water heater had no power. I called 6 other places and they couldn't come for 2 days. I called 1st Class Water Heaters and left a message. David called right back and came out to check in one hour just like he said he would. He found out within 5 minutes that it was a GFI circuit that had tripped. He pushed the button on the electrical outlet and we were back in business!! David saved the day! To top it off, then he said, no charge. You don't get that kind of honesty and integrity these days. I will always call First Class Water Heaters for my plumbing upgrades and repairs.

Thank you Dave! A combat veteran was in dire need of a water heater. It had started to leak and they did not realize it till the next morning not knowing they had no hot water. They called First Class and Dave was out there that morning. He accessed the situation and told them their 16yr old water heater needs to be replaced. He gave them a great price with a veteran discount and had a new one installed same day. I want to thank Dave and everyone from First Class Waters for their help and getting my fellow veteran with hot water again! HOOAH!
