First Class Plumbing Service was assigned by my home warranty company, First American.

I was told our problem was excessive water pressure over 120, nothing could be repaired until a regulator was installed for hundreds of dollars, of course this was not covered by the home warranty. We chose not to have them install a regulator, rather we called another plumber and found out our water pressure was 60.

What an attempted rip off. I see we are not the first to be given this bogus info.

Had some drain issues and was assigned First class plumbing through First American Home Warranty. Called and made an appointment and they never showed up and never called. I called back & they thoroughly apologized, and rescheduled the appointment. AGAIN, no show, and no call. I canceled the work order, and asked to be assigned to a different company. Currently waiting for them to show up, about 8 days after the problem started thanks to First Class.

Armando and Vic are quite possibly the world's greatest plumbers. No problem is too big or too small. They are AMAZING. This team of plumbers comes to your house, they diagnose the problem, and fix it in a timely and affordable fashion. I've used them on multiple occasions for various issues in an older house .... they never cease to amaze. I cannot recommend them enough! Their customer service on the phone is great as well. They always call back, make good schedules, and are always on time. Love these guys!!!!! As much as I hate to call a plumber, they make this experience bearable. If you ever need a plumber no matter where you are at in LA, please consider First Class.

(I wish I could give less than one star)
My bathtub wasn't draining....pretty simple, right? Well, no.
First Class Plumbing was first sent to my house by home warranty company, and the plumber stripped the screws on the plate that needed to be removed in order to clear the drain. He left, unable to do the job, and claimed that the screws were already stripped. (We WATCHED HIM try to remove the screws!) First Class had actually removed the same plate about 6 months earlier to fix the overflow gasket. They were the ones who replaced the screws that they couldn't remove this time!
Since they lied, the home warranty company denied my claim. Then they reopened it and said First Class would call me to schedule an appointment. They never did...all the while I can't use my bathroom. It took 3 weeks to get the home warranty company to assign it to another vendor, Triple S Plumbing, who were STELLAR!
Their plumber expertly cut through my wall to get the plate off, snake the drain, and replace the plate with a new one.
Sadly, I have to cover patching the hole due to First Class Plumbing's horrible work, but thankfully it won't be too difficult or expensive since Triple S did a very clean cut.
DO NOT USE ""FIRST CLASS"". They are more like Spirit Airlines coach Class. Dishonest and unresponsive. There are too many honest, reliable plumbers out there (aka Triple S) for these guys to even be in business.

I was told by First Class Plumbing to remove the review on yelp about them in Feb this year and threatened and screamed at me if I did not do that. I have seen one review stating the same thing. It seems they have consistent unethical behavior. I have to put it back as they kept lying and denying their mistake when I reported them to their bond company. I have the proof of what they wrote to their bond company. Now their bond said they did not have contractual relationship with me. I have to go against their general liability insurance which First Class Plumbing refused to give to me.

On 12/31/15, I called First American Home Warranty to file a claim on the plumbing issue: The top part of the bathroom sink leaks at the edge when I used the faucet in the master bathroom. On 1/2/16, a technician called Victor came to my home to examine to see what parts he had to purchase to fix the issues. On 1/22/16, he came around 3-4pm and he: c. He replaced the faucet of the sink of the bathroom of master bedroom. I noticed some water dropped underneath the sink after he left. Originally I think that may due to his opening the hose to replace the faucet. I did not bother.

On 1/4/16, Sunday morning. I saw the ceiling of my garage leaked to my roommate's car and the paint also fell as my bathroom is above the garage. I saw water popped down to the ground from my roommate's car. I have the picture of the ceiling damage and the water patch in my garage.

I called First Class Plumbing about the issue on Monday 1/5/16, a female employee called Ernest picked up the phone. I told her about the issue and I emailed her the pictures of the damages. She said she would send different technician since I requested. However the same technician came on 1/22/16. I was so mad as if a technician screwed up the plumbing job. I have never had this kind experience before.

This technician had a very bad attitude. I showed him the damage on the ceiling of the garage (I had the garage open when I came home and he walked to my home as he arrived earlier than the appointment time). He did not say sorry and I said I wanted different technician. He then called his boss and said that he would leave my place, as I did not want his service.

I called First American about the issue and a representative brought my matter to the contract relationship department to request the contractor to send different technician. The owner of First Class Plumbing made a false claim to contract relationship department that I refused to let them fix the diverter in the shower that caused the leaking. I told the claim specialist assigned to me that I had been using shower daily and the ceiling did not leak at all. The ceiling stopped leaking when I turned off the valves of the faucet of the bathroom in the master bedroom. It was obviously from the sink not the shower.

The claim specialist tried to assign me to different contractor as I refused to let them to use same technician to do the job. I said that was not right. First Class Plumbing was the one who caused the damage and they need to fix it. They did call me at the end when I wrote a bad review on Yelp about them. The female representative Ernest called me back and yelled at me that they would send a different technician if I removed my comments about them on Yelp. I did what she told and she sent a different technician on 2/16/16, which was almost a month after the issue, happened.

Different technician did come on 2/16/16 and replaced the valves underneath the sink of the faucet. Now the ceiling of the garage stopped even I use the faucet. It appears that First Class Plumbing did not do their due diligence job.

Victor did indicate that the valves may need to be replaced when he first came on 1/2/16 to do a quick examination. But he told me I had to pay extra $90 for the valves. I asked him those were not covered in the contract. He told me they were not covered. I said well if that need to be repaid then I would pay for it. Later I found out during my call to representative at First American, valves are covered in the contract. So from the incident, I can't really rely on what the contractor told me.

Now the ceiling of my garage is damaged and First Class Plumbing is aware of the issue but they do not take any action to pay for the damage. They even made a false claim the diverter of the shower that I refused them to fix that caused the leak. During the whole process of claim, I feel so stressful. I have proof of the pix which First Class Plumbing did all the damages which they denied their fault.

First American called me to why I did not renew the home warranty contract this year in June. I said it was a nightmare using the service of First Class Plumbing.

I highly dont recommend to use First Class Plumbing. Suck service and rude and unethical behavior if any yelper reading my review.

They were notified through First American for a service request. The issue resolved itself and I cancelled with the company. They STILL sent First American a work report, even though no technician came to my home, and I got billed for no service at all. Stay away from these SCAM ARTISTS.

I went through First American Home Buyers Protection to get a match with First Class Plumbing Services for a leaking pipe issue from my bathroom tub. The contractor (Vick) was unwilling to assess the problem properly by witnessing the leak and just tightened the stems connected to the bathtub. It solved the problem temporarily for a month 1/2 and ended up leaking again, so now I have to put in a new claim to fix the same old problem.

My experience with them is that they are not willing to put in the time to do things right.

When I called First American again, I requested to have another plumbing company. In the meanwhile, they ended up getting the bid again. They called me to set up an appointment. Though I refused to get an appointment with them, the company called my insurance and said we had an appointment. I don't like the dishonesty with First Class Plumbing.

More like no class. I had home warranty work done. I called three different times to see if the home warranty approved the repairs and was lied to three separate occasions. The first time, the lady said she was on the phone with the home warranty and will call me back. She did not. The second and third time I called, the same lady said she would call me back and she did not.

I called the home warranty and they stated they never received a work status from the company and even called and left messages with company, and calls were never returned.

If you have a home warranty or extended warranty with Home Depot, make sure you have them change to another company if you get this company. You will save time and will get work you requested done quicker by anyone else.
