We had 2 new Kohler master bath sink fixtures and 1 shower device. Turns out 1 sink was not completed properly. The other sink leaks. The shower hot/cold device was installed backwards. Plumber emptied a plastic container of mine and took it (I later learned my husband did not authorize this either). I gave him a $50 cash tip per his suggestion when he offered to adjust toilet (I was intimated and felt this was wrong but did it). Company told me he was a long term employee. We did not allow First Class back. Another company fixed everything the first time.

Unbelievably unprofessional people. From the plumber who showed up at our house to the office manager. Plumber showed up and never fixed the problem. We called them back and they argued that we were wrong, not them. I would NEVER use them again! They are totally awful. So much so that I'm taking the time to write this review.

I called this morning to repair a broken toilet and they were able to send a service rep out right away. I had all the toilets checked and he made sure everything was working perfectly. Price was reasonable. I also use this company for gas delivery and they come automatically with excellent billing systems and e-mail communication.

Saturday afternoon called for garbage disposal repair. Was told it would be time and one half but no mention of a $300+ fee to come out. Whole fix to free the stuck disposal took 10 minutes. TOTAL RIP OFF My first review ever.

First class. Says it in the name. Came out after the hurricane at 11:30pm still filling underground propane tanks. We were down to fumes only running the generator 1 hour every 8 hours to keep the food from spoiling in the fridge and trying to keep the heat inside under 90 degrees. When no one else would talk to customers and keep people updated first class answered the phone and gave real updates and time frames. Came through in my families time of need like no other. Far above anyone else we tried to call. Thank you so much for your help! You have a dedicated customer for life!

Very dishonest company. They don't complete the job and will not come back out. There are plenty of plumbing companies in Naples to choose from. Nothing first class about them at all.

First Yelp posting ever for me. Watch out for First Class Plumbing - more like first class RIP OFF. Called for service - repair ended up being turning up the thermostat on my hot water heater (my bad). Repairman showed up, turned the thermostat up, waited in his truck for 20-25 minutes, came back in to check the water heat, and left. He was there a half hour - tops. First Class Plumbing billed me for an hour and a half of work. In other words, $217 (their hourly rate if you use a credit card) wasn't enough for them to turn up the thermostat. I called to get an explanation. Receptionist was nice, but very protective of the workers and the """"boss."""" I'm pretty sure he was there, but he was """"not available to speak"""" to me. Probably should go to someone else for your Plumbing needs.

I requested a quote for a plumbing job two months ago and had another company do the repair work. I received a bill two months later for $195.00. When I called, I was told this amount would have been applied to the job if they had done the job. So, by First Class Plumbing logic you better not get another estimate, or it will cost you unless you hire them. Don't be taken don't even call them!!!!
