We called First Class Plumbing to get a quote for three plumbing repairs: replace the flushing mechanism in a toilet, install a new bathroom faucet set and unclog a slow kitchen drain. We found the quote reasonable and set up a day and time for the work to be done. Because there was a delay in finishing a previous job, Whit let us know he'd be a little late. It turned out to be only a 15-minute delay. When he arrived at our house, Whit had all the parts and equipment needed to do the various jobs, which he completed efficiently. We were very pleased with all aspects of working with First Class Plumbing: the quality of the work, the communication, the friendliness, and the professionalism. We will definitely call First Class Plumbing for future jobs and highly recommend this business.

I recently requested quotes to replace a toilet fill valve that's been giving us issues for a few months. First Class Plumbing was quick to respond with a fair quote. I set up an appointment and we settled on a date and time as my issue wasn't an emergency. The visit was quite quick and they were very thorough making sure the fill level was perfect. The cost was exactly as quoted with no surprises. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs!

I just moved to Honolulu. And Whitley the supervisor. The owner took care of me. My toilet was clogged. I didn't know what to do so I looked on yelp and I found first Cost plumbing. First Class Plumbing /Whit is First Class. My wife's massage shop sink in a condo building was backing up and she's on the ground floor! And this was happening at about 10 or 11:00 PM! I frantically starting to call 7 emergency plumbers who could come out to fix the problem. No one answered my call so I had to leave messages. Whit was the first one to call back in a short while. What a relief. He took about half and hour to make it to wife's shop, like he said and started assessing the problem and to work on stopping the water from filling the sink and from flooding the unit. The condo piping was messed up and so it was taking a lot of time to figure the situation on stopping the overflow into our sink from the building waste line. It took him about 3 hours but he finally found a solution to fix the problem. I thought wow, I wonder if Whit is going to give up on this job but the kept at it. He has perseverance. We were relieved when he finished the job. If not, we would need to bail out the sink water (sewer) all night long until morning. Yikes. Next day Whit wrote a letter to the condo's managers what he found and what the fixing in their piping need to be done to prevent this water from backing up into our sink again. Thanks Whit for working until you got it fixed!! Nice guy to work with. Will definitely call you on any future plumbing work, especially emergency late at night back ups!!! :-)

Whit at First Class Plumbing has been amazing to work with. We had a complex problem related to a Grohe shower system and he was able to resolve all of it with replacement parts, patience, and ingenuity. Through the entire process he was attentive, provided clear explanations, and most importantly, he remained committed to finding a 100% solution. We will stick with First Class in the future and feel lucky to have found this company. We highly recommend them!

This review is based on the companies interaction not work performed. I reached out to this company to try and get my houses plumbing replaced top to bottom. What I got was an average daily cost which was not too bad it helped but it was labor only no info on how much parts were and when I asked how long the job would take they said they didnt know they would need to see the house. Fair enough however thats where it ends no follow up on when they had time to see my house. Was hoping for better customer service. Please see added photos of the conversation. I am just a homeowner who is trying to get work done. Im not saying this company does bad work at all as I have never had work performed by them but to be called out like this is uncalled for. I leave up to the people looking for work to be done to decide what they wish to do. 7/21/23 Whit did reach out to me and came by to give me an estimate on work done. I do appreciate the follow up after my original review. He was understanding and willing to help work with me and take a look at how his company could service the extensive plumbing problem I have despite the original hiccup we had at the start. While I am still looking to get work done I will be considering his company for repairs.

I needed to replace a stuck kitchen sink shut off valve identified in an inspection of high risk components for my condo's insurance policy. First Class Plumbing responded with a very reasonable quote almost immediately. When I asked to schedule the repair, the plumber, Whit, called me right away and set a time. He kept in touch by phone and text and alerted me when he was about to arrive. The repair turned out to be more complicated than I had thought, but Whit was more than able to handle the problems. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. He charged me a very fair price for the additional work. He also sent me an invoice by email so I could forward proof of work to my condo. I was able to pay online through a link on the email. Highly recommended.
