I had a leaking shower in a new condo. I found this company on Yelp but also contacted another company referred by a friend. The other plumber came out first but had never even seen Grohe fixtures and admitted he didn't know how to fix it. Whit from First Class Plumbing came out and was the sweetest and nicest guy. I trusted him immediately. He was able to determine the problem. I had to order the part from the mainland and it took months but I finally got the part and he fixed it today. If you need a plumber, you have to use this company. Not only do they respond quickly, but they are professional and honest! That's pretty hard to find these days. I'm going to recommend them to everyone I know.

Last Saturday am woke up to a backed up kitchen sink. Tried contacting 2 plumbers that had previously worked on our home but none answered/called back. Decided to look on Yelp for another plumber. I mustve gone down the list & contacted at least 8 different plumbers/plumbing companies. They were either booked, don't work weekends, or never answered/called back. Finally found First Class Plumbing. Whit was on a job but was still able to give me quick info & said was able to be over to help us out right away once he was done. He was at our house in no time. Fixed our backed up sink, fixed a slow leaker, kept things clean AND cleaned up after his work. Hands down the best plumber we've had work on our home so far & is now our "go to" plumber for sure! Highly recommended & highly trusted!! Mahalo Whit again for helping us out!

We called First Class Plumbing to get a quote for three plumbing repairs: replace the flushing mechanism in a toilet, install a new bathroom faucet set and unclog a slow kitchen drain. We found the quote reasonable and set up a day and time for the work to be done. Because there was a delay in finishing a previous job, Whit let us know he'd be a little late. It turned out to be only a 15-minute delay. When he arrived at our house, Whit had all the parts and equipment needed to do the various jobs, which he completed efficiently. We were very pleased with all aspects of working with First Class Plumbing: the quality of the work, the communication, the friendliness, and the professionalism. We will definitely call First Class Plumbing for future jobs and highly recommend this business.

This review is based on the companies interaction not work performed. I reached out to this company to try and get my houses plumbing replaced top to bottom. What I got was an average daily cost which was not too bad it helped but it was labor only no info on how much parts were and when I asked how long the job would take they said they didnt know they would need to see the house. Fair enough however thats where it ends no follow up on when they had time to see my house. Was hoping for better customer service. Please see added photos of the conversation. I am just a homeowner who is trying to get work done. Im not saying this company does bad work at all as I have never had work performed by them but to be called out like this is uncalled for. I leave up to the people looking for work to be done to decide what they wish to do.

7/21/23 Whit did reach out to me and came by to give me an estimate on work done. I do appreciate the follow up after my original review. He was understanding and willing to help work with me and take a look at how his company could service the extensive plumbing problem I have despite the original hiccup we had at the start. While I am still looking to get work done I will be considering his company for repairs.

First Class Plumbing delivers first class service. I had a tremendously great experience with this fine company in the replacement of my leaky water heater. Ana provided me with a quick and respectably priced quote for the parts and labor. The very next day Whit came over to perform the installation and haul away the old water heater. In practically no time my hot water was back up and running.

Needed a bathroom faucet replaced. Used the Yelp feature to get quotes from various providers. First Class Plumbing had a good price with the availability two days later to do the project. After a few text messages, everything was set. Whit showed up on time and two hours later, I had a new 3 pc faucet and drain installed for $250. Quick, efficient, and good value - all with a one year warranty on workmanship.

My parents' bathtub and toilet were backed up Thursday night. Contacted several plumbers Friday morning, no answer, no available time. Finally found one plumber and claimed they could arrive after 5pm. Plumber arrived and tried snaking the toilet and the bathroom but couldn't unclog it. Suggested to open up the wall and use a bigger snake but it was too late and due to Condo policy no loud noises after 7pm and of course we did not want to open up the wall and end up having a leak pipe from the wall.
I did a quick search and found First Class Plumber and requested a quote on Yelp and they responded within minutes. Scheduled with Whit for Saturday morning. He stayed till the end to make sure the job was done and unclogged the bathtub and toilet. High recommend Whit for any plumbing job!

Whitley at First Class Plumbing took great care of us. He replaced our hot water heater in January 2022. When it turned out we had a pre-existing but related electrical problem, he was able to get someone out to help with that quickly. He put a lot of hours into solving our issue, and only charged us for the original quoted repair. In our experience with him, he was honest and genuinely interested in making sure we were taken care of. Mahalo, Whitley!
