Broken, old water heater ... 1st Class Plumber made the Frustration Disappear! $400 less than a competitor. Fast service. Plumber arrived ahead of time...Great!! Honest. Straight forward. Fair. Installation was A+ (as evaluated by a retired plumber.) And they allowed me to pay off the bill in 3 installments. I am a return customer!

My faucet crapped out on my water heater, starting to flood my basement area. @ 345 pm and Paul was there by 4 and promptly replaced the part. Highly recommend. Friendly and easy to work with .

We had this business out twice to our home. The first time was fine however they did show up and hour and a half past the window time they said they would be here. 2nd time the person doing the job damaged something in our home. When we called to discuss this in a calm and inquiring manner, The Owner of the company called us back and used expletives to communicate he had no interest in even listening. Among other things he said was this ""I am God D****D sick and tired of home owners not taking responsibility for their own S**T. Needless to say we will not be calling them to work on our home ever again. A Business Owner swearing at customers? Wrong! My wife and I have worked in customer service for many years. We know about THOSE kinds of customers who are right now matter what. Or who try to push your buttons. We are not that customer. A reasonable conversation to discuss what happened and to make him aware of what happened was all we were interested in communicating to him.

EXCELLENT customer service from the scheduling right down to the actual installing and routing of a sump pump installation in our home. Very friendly and knowledgeable workers and were very proficient and clean thru out the job. Definitely ""1st Class"" service!

We have used this company multiple times and they have done great work!! We've had Paul put in a wonderful bathroom in our basement, the work was done very well and in good time too. He has also put in our central vacuum system that we love. Paul's work is very neat and very efficient. My father-in-law uses 1st Class Plumbing and Heating for all of his plumbing needs and has been very satisfied. I will recommend this company to everyone!!!
