Beware! I am an owner in Florida living in New York. On 2/23/24 I hired First Class to repair a leaking toilet that was causing damage to the unit below. I paid a total of $734.59 to have the issue addressed. One month later, I received a Video from the management company - massive amounts of water was seeping through the vent to the unit below. I called them to address the situation - they never showed up. Upon inspection by a different plumber, it was determined that First Class placed a band aide on the problem. They never reset the toilet as was required. I paid them $734.59 to slap some glue around the base of a toilet and to change a flapper and wax ring. In addition to what I paid them, I had to hire a new plumber to change the toilet $1,230 - what was originally required.

The most interesting part of my experience is that they were hired by the unit below after they claimed to have fixed my unit. A different plumber from their crew came and said that the toilet above was leaking - I told the management company - they were the ones who were supposed to have repaired it!

My husband owns a large plumbing company up in New York - upon inspection, he was appalled by their workmanship. Do yourself a favor shop around before hiring them!

My name is Connie and I had Glenn and Justin work on my outside water pipe and I want to tell you they did an excellent job and my husband and I were very pleased with there work I rate them a 10, they are coming back next week to fix a leak in my bath/ shower, because its 11 years old and needs a new cartridge and I will highly recommend them to all my friend, They came from Ramsey to Lake Hiawatha and they were on time,which made me very pleased and they were reasonable and polite. And the young lady Marge that answered the phone was a living doll. In my book I will keep them as my plumbers.

Eric and team have provided excellent service over the past few years. They responded quickly and were over our place in under an hour. Recently they replaced our furnace and AC unit. Job was done quickly and professionally and we're really happy with the outcome of the project.
Team is friendly, courteous and their rates are very fair. I wish I can give them more than 5 stars.

Outstanding!

I had a 1962 leaky shower faucet. Two other plumbers refused to come because the ""job was too small."" I called First Class on a recommendation of a friend and they came immediately. Turns out it was a larger problem inside the wall. Chris explained exactly what was happening, how he intended to fix it, what might be the worst case scenario (which didn't happen) and how much it would cost. He and Justin returned with the parts, fixed the problem and actually cleaned up afterward. The cost was more than reasonable considering all they did. I will definitely call them again and highly recommend First Class.

PS Before he arrived, I received a personal text message from the company giving a picture and bio of the plumber who was on his way. It's all about the details and customer service with this company.

These guys deserve way more than 5 stars. I initially called them to fix a clog in the kitchen sink and they quickly discovered that we had major pipe damage that the previous owners had tried to cover up. We were devastated. The team at First Class Plumbing were quick to respond, came right away, and not only fixed the problem but took their time explaining it to us. As first time home owners we were oblivious to all things plumbing. They went above and beyond and explained what other things in the house meant, their condition, and how we could do certain work ourselves. Above all they were really nice, congenial, and honest guys. Any future plumbing issues and we're calling them immediately. We are so grateful for everyone who worked with us from First Class Plumbing and Heating!!! Saved our lives right before the holidays!

I'm a sucker for DIY projects; but I'm an idiot when it comes to plumbing. No shame in this I guess -- we can't all of us be good at everything. :)

Which brings me to First Class Plumbing.

Erich and his crew are, first and foremost, highly skilled at their craft and about as polite and responsible as any contractor I have ever hired. They are personable too and having them work on projects in our home is informative because they take the time to explain what they are doing and suggesting what else needs to be done, without tacking on time charges for explaining it. Nice.

I have used FC for installing irrigation plumbing, restoring/installing fixtures in the home, installing new plumbing as needed and even advising about and installing water filtration/softening systems.

Plumbers don't come cheap, but trustworthy and reliable plumbing contractors are hard to find. First Class prices are reasonable, and if you factor in the quality of their work, a dang bargain at any price.

I am pleased to write this 5 star review, truly, -- I am that impressed by these folks. It takes a bit of doing to get that kind of flowery complement out of a snarky curmudgeon like me -- so take it from whence it comes.

I would give First Class Plumbing six stars if I could. They are reliable, dependable and very neat and clean. I highly recommend their service.
