On 10.24.2018 Dave from First Class stopped by to service our Baxi Luna Combi Unit. His team arrived on time and were respectful, clean, and professional. They explained everything that needed to happen clearly and the costs were clearly itemized and explained.

These people are horrible. After looking long and hard for service on my Bax unit, I was put in touch with David Deboner. I emailed him several times before he called back...I waited over a month to hear back from him after that first phone call. I then emailed again several times and left a vm message.
Never heard another thing.
Sucks when people don't have the decency to return your call...at least to say he would not be able to come to western mass. to look at my boiler.

Tankless water heater was having an error message. Told the guy what the error was, he came to service and said everything is working fine. Later in the day, error message comes back. Called the office, no one answers and leave a voicemail, no one calls back. Had to call the owners cellphone and the tech had to come back out a 2nd time. Even though the first time he came out, I already told him the error message and asked if it needed to be fixed and said no. Wasted my time. They are expensive too. Tech wanted to charge me for him coming out the 2nd time... if you got it done correctly the first time, you wouldn't have to come out again

These guys are incredible. We've had such a hard time finding people who know Baxi Luna systems and through a very roundabout series of calls we found First Class. David talked me through a series of steps to test the systems (we have 3) and troubleshoot over the phone, and called to check-in periodically and even talked to the National Grid tech when they were here. All before we'd even met or he knew he'd have our business.
Eventually he did need to come over for one of the units. He worked fast and methodically, and explained what he was doing. Also gave me a quick run down of the installation and what he would do differently (like i said, they know their Baxi Luna and have a strong relationship with the New England Baxi reps in case they need to troubleshoot). I can't recommend them enough. They will certainly have our business moving forward.

Awful service. 8 or more calls over 3 months, messages left each time, no returned calls. All messages left were always nice, never nasty. Finally got him and set a date. Date comes and goes - no show. We call again several times, no response. We tried to use these guys because they were the original installer of a Baxi high efficiency hot water system in our house so they presumably know it well, but clearly they're of no help.

Understandably, my advice is to avoid these guys - if I could do zero stars I would.
