Dakota was amazing!! He came same-day with no extra fee, was so kind to my little ones and did the job quickly and professionally. I had a clogged bathroom sink and slow-drain shower - he fixed BOTH issues in about 20 min and didn't even make a mess. As a single mom with 2 babies trying to keep my head above water, having this plumbing issue was just something I wasn't mentally or financially prepared for. I'm so grateful to Dakota for all his help! He was truly such a blessing to us.

I called First Class Plumbing for a leak detected on our garage stucco/concrete. They were recommended to us by friends. Valerie answered the phone and scheduled a visit the same day around my work schedule. She was very friendly and helpful on the phone/email exchanges.
Raul discussed possible reasons of the leak and our repair options. Unfortunately, the leak was too far down for a simple repair, so we had to re pipe. Raul was so patient with me and my husband. He answered our many questions in detail, therefore, we had confidence in him.

One star off due to the following: Raul arrived with his team the next day and worked very late into the evening. I was concerned that they were getting tired and I suggested they return the next day as I did not want any compromise in quality of work. The other plumber mentioned he had a job the next day so he needed to finish the piping and Raul will return the next day to complete the rest. They informed me that they were completed and left for the night after putting the water back on. Unfortunately, they didn't check for any leaks prior to leaving. Water was leaking inside the wall so I promptly called Raul. He came back, turned off the waterline, and helped me clean up the water leak. I was not happy that this happened, so I discussed with Raul that I planned to review progress check points. Perhaps, reviewing job length to account for unexpected issues would help prevent situations like ours.

Raul returned the next day with new parts. He was very apologetic about it and he was happy to show me progress points of the job.

I really appreciated Raul making things right and the quality of his work. They stand apart from other plumbers because Raul fixed our drywall and stucco (one stop shop).

Thank you Valerie and Raul! We will use them for future plumbing needs!

The two gentlemen who to fixed my pipe were courteous and friendly

However, I am disappointed with the integrity of the company at hand.
They quoted me $750 then after negotiating we settle on an agreement ($350) because of this i wont be doing business with them anymore

Honesty count, always.
Even so paying $350 I think was a lot for the job, but I decided I needed this done and they were already there.
regardless, I respect people who are honest and fair and I think $750 for the job was not fair at all.

Valerie was very attentive over the phone and so were the two gentlemen who came to my home because of this I gave them 2 stars.

Of course right before I list my house for sale after relocating for work I find out I have a major leak pop up!! I called First Class again since I had a good experience with them. I was connected with Rick who went above and beyond to work with me, my wife, Public Works, & his technicians to identify the problem and fix it. Rick was very flexible, communicated well (even sending photos), and did everything to help resolve my issue. I felt helpless being so far away, but he handled everything for me and charged me fairly for all they've had to go through. Rick's follow-through separates great service from just good.

First Class Plumbing are my go to plumbers from now on. Tito is awesome! I discovered a shower valve leak in my second floor bathroom at 5pm on a Monday, they arrived by 6:30pm and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They even came out a few days later to troubleshoot another issue at no additional cost. I've used many other plumbing companies in the past, and these guys are the best by far. Extremely reliable, honest and focused on keeping their customers happy.

I am a new homeowner of a old historic house and I recently had a major plumbing issue which caused flooding in our basement. I know nothing about plumbing but after seeing all of the busted pipes I knew we had a massive issue on our hands. We called First Class Plumbing and Ricardo and Tito quickly showed up to our home. They were so patient with all of my questions and walked me through the process of the work they would be doing. They were so knowledgeable and very professional. They reassured me that they would take care of our problem and we would have a new great system. They were right! They worked hard and not once did I ever hear a complain regarding the very limited crawl space they had. In fact, every time I checked in with them they approached me with a great big muddy smile :) Also, I must add that their pricing was very competitive and very fair. I was way over quoted by other companies I had called. I cannot express how blessed we feel to have had First Class Plumbing work in our home. I can gladly say that they have relieved my stress and returned the peace in this old home!
