Stay away from Randy!!!!!!!!!! He upchraged us for unnecessary work. Came to the job site twice smelling like cigarettes! Once I asked to explain the job needed which we paid 7k for, he was rude and said I don't want to keep explaining to you. I told him I'm not a plumber and need proper explanation. In front of others repeated that he isn't going to speak to me and that he already explained it,,,,,Very rude and unprofessional.
Use Justin if you can! He's great. Young and professional. I don't see him staying with this company for long.

""Beware of Unexpected Price Increases""

I wish I had read the reviews before hiring First Class Plumbing. I was in a bind, leaving the country, and needed urgent plumbing repairs for my tenant. Initially, I was quoted $4,000 to replace part of the main line. However, once the work began, the price increased to $7,500.

After reviewing pictures of the completed job, I believe I was overcharged. While their service was professional and timely, the significant price hike and final cost left me feeling disappointed.

I recommend getting at least two additional quotes before proceeding with First Class Plumbing. Their service might be ""first class,"" but be prepared to pay a premium price. Buyer beware.

Your staff was stellar in workmanship and professionalism. We had a fairly large job (in our eyes) that required 4-5 people working at a time for a slab leak. Every engagement with any team member was polite and friendly. I can't express how thankful we are for them to resolve a major leak while always being so kind and courteous. Our family is thrilled to have hot water again!
I will be sure to recommend your company to friends who need help with their plumbing.

This company is very, very bad in management, doesn't keep up with schedule, many customers complaint the very high quotes (please read the 1, 2 and 3 start rating). Doesn't respect customers. I do not recommend. Stay away from them if you don't want to waist your money.

I had a leak in a copper pipe, water coming up in the floor directly in front of the kitchen island/sink. First Class plumbing detected the leak and determined the copper pipe ran under the foundation to the master bath sink. They solved the problem by disconnecting the copper pipe and running a plastic tube through the copper pipe and reconnecting to both the sinks. Problem solved no more leaking water. I was quoted $3500 before they started. Come time to pay, they wanted $5200. I had a fit and they knocked off a $1000 so ended up $4200 for a job that should have not taken no more than 2 to 3 hours, at most, there were two workers, the Supervior Randy kept trying to scare me into repiping the whole house with ""more leaks are coming"" quoting $30,000 and they would apply the cost of today's leak repair toward the $30,000 whole house repipe. I got taken to the cleaners.
