First Class Plumbing and Rooter is a good company with knowledgable, friendly workers. I called with a really backed up kitchen sink problem and they came out the same day and fixed it and now everything is perfect. I trust this company and felt their prices were reasonable and if needed, I wouldn't hesitate to call them out again.

Saturday morning- went to take a hot relaxing bath...full tub- ice cold. Started a project on Yelp and Valeria responded within 4 minutes. She asked for my information and said that Dennis would be out within 2 hours. He broke down the water heater and then Robert showed up to install the new heater. I had hot water within 4 hours of discovering the problem. Each step was communicated and explained throughout the entire process. Way to go First Class Plumbing...I'll definitely be a loyal customer!

I have used this company quite a few times in the past and even tho we started off on a side note. The owner and everyone behind him stepped up and has taken care of the situation. If i could rate a 0 I'd do so. This company is crooked as all ever. Hired them for their hydrojetting service at my facility. Tech shows up and in his feeble attempt to correct a plumbing issue caused a much worse situation. While hydrojetting, the highly trained individual flooded my facility with SEWAGE which resulted in my having to close the facility down and No Class plumbing informed me they would handle the clean up. Their clean up was far from clean. In order to get my place back to working order i had to hire another cleaning company to deep clean and sanitize.

Reads as a horror story I know. While I know the intentions weren't to cause this, the manner in which this company goes about its valued customers is disgusting. The issue was never shared by the tech so my contacting the office was the first mentioning of the problem. Not a good look.

Long winded suggestion to steer clear of this company and its services.

I had them come out and give me an estimate on a tank less water heater. The two young men were very nice. But they are waaaaay over priced. They quoted me $6,000.00 . I had another plumber do the work for $2500.00. Including heater and labor. Get quotes!!!

Pipe behind hose bib ruptured spraying water everywhere. They came quickly, on a Sunday night, to stop the leak so water to the house could be turned back on. Came back Monday to replace the bib and patch the stucco. Great service.

We had a Moen shower valve go bad at 8:00 pm on a Sunday night. Two team members responded within 30 minutes and installed a new valve at a price almost half of what others quoted.

They were professional, respectful, and communicated what they were doing throughout their time here.

We will absolutely use them again!

Amazing customer service and transparency.

We believed our home had a small problem because that just needed to be snaked because we had already had another company come out and tell us our pipes were ""fine"".

Long story short our small problem turned into a pipe having to be replaced. Kevin, Manny & their team were amazing, walking us through the process, showing us the issues and answering any and all questions. They did everything in their power to attempt to fix the issue before letting us know all options had been exhausted and changing the pipe was the last and final option.

We highly recommend this team and they'll be the only team we work with moving forward!

First Class Plumbing did a great job at replacing my main water line. Manny came out and gave me a free estimate. It wasn't the lowest, but the other companies that were slightly lower, all gave me the impression that there would be surprise fees along the way. Everyone at First Class was clean, friendly, and professional. They were easy to work with and accommodated my concerns.
