Phillip left a comment but after meeting Chip myself, I wanted to leave one as well. Being a nurse, I work in a stressful environment and the last thing I need is someone trying to rip us off or not complete a job. Chip is very down to earth and very knowledge. Even though he showed my husband what he was going to do, he took the time to show me and explain in detail what was happening with our plumbing and pipes. He wasn't afraid to get down and dirty underneath our house. Very humble and made me feel comfortable knowing that the job was going to get done thoroughly. Reasonable prices and above exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Scheduling was super easy. This plumbing situation was such a nightmare but beyond happy that we found a company and Chip, that was able to help us out.

Plumbers are super busy and just to show they are in high demand. After a leak and after waiting for mold removal for week without water... I needed to repair a pinhole leak on a copper wire. FIRST CLASS came to our rescue and fixed our pipe the very next day we were able to get back in the house... Price was very competitive with others but being able to provide us hot water and was extremely fast and professional.

I gave 4 stars cause, We also had them change our ball valve but I wanted a gate valve change to the ball valve was probably a miscommunication on my part. Either way it was done good.
