Danny arrived on time, was very professional and courteous. He covered his shoes when entering our house. He fixed bathtub fixture handle that had pulled out of the wall. He did nit charge us because it was a 5 minute repair with screwdriver. Thank you sooo much.

I wish I had read the reviews before hiring First Class Plumbing. I contacted First Class Plumbing and Rooter to address two plumbing issues: low water levels in my toilets and knocking sounds in the pipes when hot water is drained in the master bathroom sink. After researching the issues online, it sounded like my sewer vents are clogged. I mentioned this to Randy the Technician, and he dismissed my theory. He stated that he would run a camara in my sewer drain and that would tell him what the issue was... He recommended that they perform a spot repair section on my mainline sewer and that would resolve my issues. Despite the service, these problems persist, and I am dissatisfied with the resolution provided.
The invoice for the service rendered was $5,500, but the issues remain unresolved. Specifically:
1. Low Water Levels in Toilets: The problem continues, and the water levels in the toilets remain low.
2. Knocking Sounds in Pipes: The knocking sounds when draining hot water from the master bathroom sink have not been addressed, and I continue to experience knocking sounds from the pipes in the master bathroom.
I called the company and spoke to Mark and he basically stated that I was trying to take advantage of his company and stated that they have great lawyers.
Given the high cost of the service and the fact that the issues were not resolved, I feel that this company is crooked... and the manner in which this company treats its customers after service is rendered is not right!

Stay away from Randy!!!!!!!!!! He upchraged us for unnecessary work. Came to the job site twice smelling like cigarettes! Once I asked to explain the job needed which we paid 7k for, he was rude and said I don't want to keep explaining to you. I told him I'm not a plumber and need proper explanation. In front of others repeated that he isn't going to speak to me and that he already explained it,,,,,Very rude and unprofessional.
Use Justin if you can! He's great. Young and professional. I don't see him staying with this company for long.

""Beware of Unexpected Price Increases""

I wish I had read the reviews before hiring First Class Plumbing. I was in a bind, leaving the country, and needed urgent plumbing repairs for my tenant. Initially, I was quoted $4,000 to replace part of the main line. However, once the work began, the price increased to $7,500.

After reviewing pictures of the completed job, I believe I was overcharged. While their service was professional and timely, the significant price hike and final cost left me feeling disappointed.

I recommend getting at least two additional quotes before proceeding with First Class Plumbing. Their service might be ""first class,"" but be prepared to pay a premium price. Buyer beware.

Your staff was stellar in workmanship and professionalism. We had a fairly large job (in our eyes) that required 4-5 people working at a time for a slab leak. Every engagement with any team member was polite and friendly. I can't express how thankful we are for them to resolve a major leak while always being so kind and courteous. Our family is thrilled to have hot water again!
I will be sure to recommend your company to friends who need help with their plumbing.
