Austen was immediately responsive to my A/C emergency on the hottest day in recent middle Tennessee history. He not only quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem, he also undid some of my own self-maintenance errors.

He then did a solid maintenance service on the downstairs unit and was on his way.

He is totally professional, very knowledgeable, fairly priced, and the whole experience was top shelf from start to finish.

He was the 3rd company I contacted and the only one who answered the phone - the others did not return my calls or messages

I could not be happier with the whole experience.

I would highly recommend Austen with First Class Plumbing. They gave us a same-day quote, the price was extremely reasonable, and the unit was installed quickly and carefully. They covered the stairwell and kept the process very clean. Overall, a first-class job.

We are so grateful for Arty! A trustworthy guy who did a great job servicing and installing our A/c units and hot water heater almost 2 yrs ago now. We highly recommend him. He took his time to explain what was going on with our hot water heater and was able to help us get a few more months out of an old unit. Then when it was time to replace he discounted the fee we had already paid.

He even came out to help me change a battery on the wall thermostat because I had no idea how. Such a nice guy!

Arty came out to look at our HVAC unit and took a lot of time to explain to us what was wrong and how it is supposed to work. He made it easy to understand and never appeared to be ""just trying to get our business"". He really took the time to educate us. After we decided to just replace the unit, he was very prompt in returning a quote. Incredibly reasonable pricing and such a great guy to work with. As soon as we let him know we wanted to schedule the replacement, he scheduled us within 48 hours and they got the work done in 5 hours! Thank GOD for First Class Plumbing and HVAC. We would be miserable this summer if it wasn't for them and their business! I highly recommend him and his expertise to anyone! (It's finally back to 70 degrees in our house again!!! YAY!!!)
