Its tough to find some one you really enjoy hiring and trust more importantly but I found just that with First Class P&H. Shawn gave me the most completive quote I could find and even after he ran into a major problem from the previous install he still stuck to the original quote he gave me even though it doubled the amount of time he planned on being there. Shaun was amazing from start to finish on our plumbing needs. We had a pipe burst and he came over within a few hours of calling. He got the job done quickly and right the first time. He even answered a question unrelated to fixing the pipe. Told us what was wrong and how he planned on fixing it. Later that night he sent us a quote and it was significantly less than what another plumbing company was going to charge. He came back a few weeks later and fixed our furnace. We have saved so much money since he fixed it. Very polite and tells you step by step what he is doing so you have no issues with his work. He is as good as they get and I will always use him for plumbing and heating needs.

Our toilet became clogged, (on The Lord's Day no less) and water began over-flowing into the bathtub. We called and spoke with Tom at First Class Plumbing, who advised that he could arrive in about an hour. True to his word, Tom arrived at our home an hour after the initial call for service. Tom was courteous, polite and the epitome of professionalism. Tom took the time to advise us as to what caused the blockage and charged a fair price for his service.
