1st Class Heating technicians are the best in local home heating service and repair. I've used their boiler cleaning & service since 2014 and never have experienced a break down. I attribute it to their care and attention to detail during their annual service. They go thru the entire system with a fine tooth comb and address anything they perceive as a potential problem before it becomes one. They arrive as scheduled, pay close attention to every detail, and leave no mess or marks behind. Highly recommend their service.

Just called this company, house phone number listed, call forwarded to owner working on current job. I had to question if I called the right number as he didn't identify himself when he answered. I live in his town so I figured I'd call the local guy, I explained that to him & spoke to having an issue with my mother in law's furnace in Lebanon, ME. He immediately began to school me after I told him it had been 2 years since the furnace was serviced & people only call when things break down etc. I hadn't even explained what the issue was yet. I was insulted by this. My mother in law's furnace is presently working but has an issue, but he jumped down my throat, I couldn't believe it, very unprofessional. I then hung up the phone. I understand heating companies are very busy presently with the current cold snap but WOW! Have someone answer the phone that can be courteous to a potential first time customer. Like I said, I live in the same town as they do & if they're going to treat locals like that imagine how out of town customers are treated. They've got my number, I would be open to discuss the matter.
