We've used FCF twice. The first time was to remove a wooden ledge in front of our house which my wife considered dated. The second time, we asked Scott to remove a toilet from our bathroom. He actually charged us less than he said it would cost to remove and haul away. I think he's fine for many small items. I like that he posts on his web page prices for a number of the tasks he does. He says that although he can do drywall, he's not that great at it and I find that refreshing. No one is perfect at everything. I would use him again for small jobs under $500.00. We are pretty particular, so for us to give four stars is a very good review. I will say this, the last time my wife called, he did not return the call. That was frustrating, but I'm not ready to lower the four star review.

We had an underground water leak between the Roseville meter and the house that he found and fixed with minimal ground disturbance. Also had him install a tricky little bathroom vent fan....no problem. Finally, he put in a kitchen faucet for me. Did I mention that all of this was done in less than a day? All without drama or fuss. Use Scott again? NO DOUBT!!

Called and set appointment for installing some fans and new faucet, Scott arrived on time and started immediately. Scott's a stickler for being exact and doing things right vs. just good enough. Finished everything to our satisfaction. Really appreciated his professionalism and knowledge. We have several other projects that will get Scott's attention in the future.

I called for a very small job and Scott of FCF was able to fit me in the same day. It was a retiling job of only two tiles, so I expected to have a hard time finding someone willing to do such a small job. He reset the tiles, kept the area clean, and even matched the VERY old grout far better than I expected. His attitude was professional and courteous. I will definitely call First Class Finishes again if I need a handyman.

Called FCF to help us with a lot of new fixtures to replace our old olds. Scott was very professional and did a great job. We would definitely use him again and intact we told our neighbors about him and they used him as well and had a wonderful experience!

Great guy! Super nice and super handy. He installed 7 ceiling fans, 1 chandelier, 83 kitchen cabinet knobs and pull drawers, 2 towel rings, and a wireless keypad for my garage in 2 days. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends. The only thing he won't do is electrical work. I like his honesty.

Scott is awesome! I had multiple projects around my house that needed repair i.e., toilet, shower fixture, lighting repair, as well as fan installation. He came over and fixed everything in a very timely and efficient manner. Will definitely use him in the future.

I recommend Scott's services without a doubt. He installed 4 ceiling fans, fixed an electrical switch, gave me good advice on a separate electrical switch project I was considering in my kitchen, and installed a dog door through an exterior wall.

It was very easy to set up a time to have him complete the work, he was on time, he had all the tools and materials he needed to complete my jobs, and he cleaned up everything when he was done. On top of that, he worked efficiently, he was pleasant and he tolerated my kiddos watching him work! :)

I will contact him again without hesitation when I have a new honey-do list that is beyond my skill level.
