Oh my god ! If I can pick again, I would not pick this plumbing company again. You have to constantly keep in touch with them so they can do their job. They always give out excuses about ditching us at the last minute, when we sit home wait for them. Their customer service is horrible, they had really bad attitude and they try to make us pay more. If you want a company that would take their sweet time on doing their job, go ahead!! But I suggest you not to waste your money on them!!!

Horrible service. FIND SOMEONE ELSE. I had a sidewalk water leak repaired. I was quoted the price of $4,200.00. It wasn't the cheapest price we found, however due to the previous review we decided to go with First choice plumbing. They fixed the leakage without an issue.

However after this is when the problems started to occurred. I was told it was I had a protected street, okay that is not a problem I signed a contract that stated this was a $700 charge. However once the street was fixed I received a phone call saying that there was lead in my water, and I needed all the piles replaced for around 4,000 dollars. I didn't believe this and got my water and inspected by DEP. This is ridiculous, I felt like we were getting scammed, especially after DEP came to inspect my water piles and said there was nothing wrong with my water. After that I told First choice plumbing, they told me I was right, and they will come complete the protected street. DON'T TRUST THEM!!!

I had everything fixed in April it is now August, they just came couple of days ago to fix my sidewalk. I signed a contract saying the protected street was going to be a $700 dollar charge, they called me saying that the charge would be $770, after I told them about the contract, they said they had to confirm with the bookkeeper. We made an appointment for them to collect the payment for the protected street on Tuesday, not only did they not show up to the property, they had the audacity to tell me I was hiding around they bushes with their payment. I was not home during collection, however I had a family member stay home to pay ""FIRST CHOICE PLUMBING"" I received a phone call saying these people were nasty and disrespectful.

I will never do any business with them again, and if you don't want a company that will drag out the completion of your home fixture, or a company that would try to scam you, you would go with another company besides First choice plumbing.

Do yourself a favor, do not trust these people. Go to a real plumbing company. Their job is really. never pass inspection. Had to pay penalties. First choice plumbing .. is a joke. .... should be Worse choice plumbing.

This is one of the most unprofessional experiences we have dealt with. We needed a toilet replaced. First Choice offered a free evaluation, however the plumber, Brandon, canceled the first visit. The second he kept delaying all day. He finally asked me to just text pictures to him. He was able to tell me which toilet to order as a replacement. He would come in and switch them out and take away the old one. We ordered the toilet. He scheduled a time to come in but never showed up. He never responded to calls or messages. Finally after calling First Choice directly they scheduled him to come in the next morning. He never showed up. They sent another who did a fine job but was not able to take the old toilet. After contacting Brandon about it he said that NYC sanitation would take it with bulk garbage. They didn't and we got a fine. Bandon apologized and said he would come and get it in the morning. He didn't.

Stay far, far away from this company.
